Sorry to hear about Jane. Hopefully it gets figured out soon. Beautiful day trip. Leyte does have a lot to offer. I would suggest a vlog driving to the Agas-Agas bridge. I've been there twice and would be nice on a hot day to beat the heat. Bottom of the footings to the road top is 89m. I think people would enjoy watching that. Many scenic overlooks along the way. Don't forget to stop for coffee and hopia at the bridge. Our best to your family.

@@AdamandJanesLifestyle You can try the zip line over the Agas-Agas bridge (if its still there). The experience would be something to remember.
@Renato Los Banos You can go up to the platform and see the view, but the zipline is no more. It is sad, but Philippines politics killed it. I wouldn't have done it anyway, lol.
@@thecosmicsnail That is sad, there was no reason to kill that project. I did some research; there was a bill in Congress creating that zip line in Sogod, Leyte. That bill probably failed to pass into law. This zip line would have to wait for private funding.

Bloating problem can mean indigestion or acidity. Have frequent small meals and avoid drinking while eating. You can drink after meal so it prevents you from bloating. Caffeine will make you more acidic. Fats and chocolates will also make you acidic. Eat on time. You can also take medication for acidity or indigestion. Take care Jane.
Thank you for your advice my friend. Jane has IBS and it seems to be related. Sometimes it’s drinks but most often food that causes it. We are making a food journal and documenting everything. We hope to find answers. God bless you 😊

The secnery was absolutely stunning. We all sometimes travel great distances often taking for granted what's on our doorstep.
Sorry to hear about Jane's issue with blood pressure. I hope it's not too long before she gets a diagnosis.
In one of the images in the video Isabella and Jane were standing side by side. They looked more like Sisters than Mother & Daughter.😊.
I'm glad Jane conquered her fear of horses. Their size can be intimidating but like most animals no matter what trauma they've suffered they repond to kindness.
I live on a farm owned by my cousin and have three dogs and a horse. One of the dogs and the horse are rescues.
The fog (a chocolate labrador) was siezed with a number of other dogs from a puppy mill. By the time the case was resolved he was 6 months old. He settled in well with my other dogs but his best buddy is ny neighbours cat!
My horse was one of 5 surrended by an elderly lady who struggled to care for them. Unfortunate neglect rather than cruelty. It took almost a year to get him properly fit.
He's 9 now and his favourite things are people and food.The farm has a riding and livery stables so though I don't ride him often my Cousin's daughter-in-law who manages the stables rides him often and he does hacks and riding experience for tourists.
Twice a month they do sessions for young people with disabilities and learning difficulties. It's a delight to see the joy everyone involved feels!
A few months ago I saw a UA-cam post about a therapy horse. An intact stallion visiting patients in hospoce. He chose the rooms he wanted to go in. Very Moving😊

When having a barbeque, try getting the coals up to full fire, then sprinkle ash over It. The temperature Is high enough to cook, It regulates the overhaul temperature across the cooking tray and It stops flames burning the food. It's common all over the rest of Asia, Thailand etc. and It's much healthier, as It cuts down on carcinogens. I will give BayBay a try next visit.😃

I visited Baybay last month! It’s my mom’s hometown. Apparently, they rarely saw the sun since September last year. Good to see blue sky!

Adam i love watching yr videos. You said Jane's blood pressure drops really low. Let me tell you, I too hv low blood pressure and being a very health conscious person, i consume natural stuff like eating boiled beetroits
Besides beets i also eat nuts as in almonds, walnuts etc and fresh as well as dried figs. If you cant get fresh figs, the dried ones are good enough. Jane is probably anaemic.

@@AdamandJanesLifestyle What? Most everything is not well known in Philippines. You have very few well known places in Phiippines, most are not known or hard to get to. Philippines has horrible tourist infrastructure but it is what it is.

Poor Jane, we think she is such a beautiful girl, this low blood cannot be nice to deal with, but like most ailments one can learn to live with and manage it. Adam, Jane, I was wondering if Jane is suffering from schistosomiasis. I was once affected by the disease and had similar symptoms as she has. Schistosomiasis is present in the Visayan region of the Phillipines. A laboratory test would show the presence of the disease. Good luck.

I got severe bloating also, I always go back and forth to my doctor for treatment but nothing works. I was disperate and searching for diet that can help me until I stumble with the carnivore diet videos. I tried it for few weeks...it shocked me that my bloating problem was gone. Tried that diet to ur wife also maybe it helps. Jen.

Hello just subscribed since you are in an area my fiance is from (she's from Padre Burgos area, beautiful beaches, but those roads kill my back). What vehicle do you think would be best for getting around comfortably?
Thank you my friend. We used to drive a salon a Suzuki Dzire but bought a Montero Sport as the ground clearance and larger tyres help so much driving on all roads. Definitely a SUV or 4x4 if you want to carry large items or family on days out 😊

We try to keep small gaps between meals but your are right my friend. A long gap can build acid and cause bloating once eating. God bless you 😊

Does her sugar and blood pressure just drop after she eats, or is it random?
Does she have hot flashes with it, or just cold chills when her BP drops?
Does she become tired or restless the day before or after?
I used to work on a cardiac unit.
And you said swelling? In lower extremities?
Just wondering if you've ruled all sugar issues.
Also, buy a BP cup for at home and check and see if there is a difference between arms during symptoms.
Lastly, with you living in the Philippines, but it seems like you may be capable of attaining her care in the UK, I would suggest keeping her a record of her weight in the mornings, her blood pressure at least 2x day, the color of her urine, document the days the problem happens, how long it happens, what she was doing when it started, what was being ate if it occurs after food intake, and how long it takes for her to feel okay again. You can make a pre-set journal. I was trying to think of anything else off the top of my head. Sugar would also be good, but. Finding a pattern in symptomology is important if texting is inclusive and her BP is dropping that low unexpectedly, as that's very, very dangerous.

Thank you my friend. It’s random usually but often can drop sharply too. Eating brings on bloating and reduces it further. It’s something we feel may be an allergen to certain foods but tests always come back negative. Very frustrating and worrying 🙏
@@AdamandJanesLifestyle I have comments above. I don't know if you saw those. I didn't want to dig around in her privacy for the internet to see. I just was hoping to ask something that may spark a thought and encourage y'all to keep a journal.
That would be a very rare allergy. If it started on her moving back into the Philippines then it would be even more curious and certainly a possibility, but if it predates her living in the UK then it's more than likely not some sort of food allergy. Sugar related was my first thought since y'all were having breakfast, but there are other more common symptoms that I believe you would have said and are lacking for that system. Not that anyone could rule that out like this, but it would be in the lower percentage range. The next thing to be looked at would be the way her kidneys and liver are processing. That could be simple testing doctors near you could do with urine if they are looking for the right things. Many of those symptoms fall into what are called Nephrotic Disorders and there is a lot of diseases that fall into them. Most are treatable with diet and medication but are lifelong. They share spaces with Auto Immune Disorders and nervous system and endocrine system disorders, and speaking of...
It's very possible that if this is just a recent thing that is it is pre-hormonal imbalance and her womanly clock is hitting its midnight hour early, but the hormonal imbalance is confusing an organ.
Lastly, is what we don't want. A heart condition. There is a small chance it may be something like cardiac arrhythmia or a similar condition and the quicker discovered, the better.

Hi Adam sorry about your wife having low blood pressure I have low blood sugar my blood pressure is fine I disagree on a lot of media articles that fruit is good for you some are some are not I would not put mango pineapple bananas in my body If I did very small amounts...its very high in sugar when your body gets to be over 50 years old ...you can do these things when you're young but you have to watch your sugar intake and fruit is also a sugar......if you have banana eat with protein and some fats ..u get spikes if u eat from on a empty stomach.....i also watch my carbs as in very little bread..no potatoes...small amounts of rice .....love ur videos...

People having smoothies in the morning you're just having sugar on an empty stomach ..not good.. as long as there's fats and some greens ......I just have eggs whites...Oatmeal..berries...as I said as we get older watch how the body changes...carbs and sugars..has to be controlled...you are the nicest family...living in paradise...enjoy ...

Southern Leytenos are more disciplined than the northerners. We don't see garbages on beaches, road sides, pathways, western Samar from Catbalogan to Tacloban, North East Leyte is dirty. I hope it's not like that anymore.
