This is actually the car wash from the Liberty Mutual commercial. So this is a touchless tunnel with a surface conveyer & dryers by Desert Systems Corporation. If you go back to December 2021 or below on Google Maps, you can see "DESERT" on the dryers, but the equipment and the dryers are not original to the tunnel. Back in 1963 when this car wash opened, this tunnel had California equipment which is very similar to Sherman SuperSonic equipment. The way you can tell is looking at images from the 1970's of this same car wash. So I filmed this tunnel because of it's history and the commercial.

I think I'm only one of 2 people to find these dryers operating. The only other tunnel I've seen a video on with these dryers is the Hodge/Hanna tunnel with those pinwheel brushes.

As crazy as it may be, I think the soft touch devices might have been a setup, and used NS equipment, as I thought NS made some portable equipment a time ago. Those are indeed the dryers from the commercial, even the jagged speech bubbles on the bottom of the blue pipe of the dryers. The top dryer was removed, and the sides were placed at the end of the building itself.
If you look at images from the 1970's, there is California equipment so when all the original equipment was replaced it had the equipment in the commercial and then the equipment in the commercial was replaced with touchless equipment but they kept the dryers. The manager also told me that it was the car wash from the commercial so that is proof that it's the same car wash.

@@CaliforniaCarWashes This understands everything! That is quite some history, and I can't believe that these old dryers are not original! Probably the coolest replacement from the original dryers I have seen. However, it does look like everything was moved back a little bit. In the commercial, it shows the dryers near the exit.
@@CaliforniaCarWashes also, Liberty Mutual Commercial, at the 0:14 mark of the UA-cam Video of Liberty Mutual, the top dryer is near the mitter curtain.
