His Holiness is seeking a meaningful autonomy in Tibet because China is only getting stronger as a nation and no one is ready to help the Tibetan cause as a nation because it doesn't help their interests and relation with China. So he believes that seeking a meaningful autonomy with Tibet will help bring more freedom to the Tibetan people in Tibet. Historically Tibet was an independent country which was invaded by China who brought genocides against the Tibetan people. I, as an individual, who has dealt with Chinese people find it quite impossible because of the way Chinese view Tibetans as lower class citizens within their own country. The anger and hate that has been planted in the Chinese is very threatening to the completely different people.

Well, you have to give the alt-right internet credit. After the Dali Llama made his remarks about women being equally smart and kinder than men, they went crazy, reposting the remark and referencing it. It is clear that the alt-right is really interested in what the Dali Llama has to say, regardless of whether it is consistent with their stated ideology or not. Oh, that isn't the part that went viral? The line that people are commenting on wasn't even in this video? Well then, NEVER MIND! Aparently, the alt-right could care less about what the Dali llama has to say, unless they can take one small phrase out of context and exploit it for their own use.
I love and support my European friends, but what a lack of respect to His Holiness. Empty chamber. Folk not listening. Wow. I thought the Europeans stopped dragging their knuckles before the Americans. I guess I'll go backwards and enjoy my Trump pie.
