This video, showing how to adjust valves on 8n tractor , is the best video I have seen you post. Showing & demonstrating is worth so much better than just saying. I think you would have more viewers when showing & demonstrating. Your thoughts??? Thanks for video
You know it’s really a shame that there’s no quality control on some of these tools and parts now a day’s when we really need it! I hope you can finish the valve adjustment before that tool gives out🇨🇦😀
I just got done rebuilding the engine in my 1949 ford 8N tractor and am having a hard time adjusting the valves. I know what the tolorences are but i have two valves that keep tapping . can I focus on those two if the rest are fine .
If the rest are within tolerance I wouldn't worry about doing anything with them. I also had a real hard time getting mine adjusted in. it just takes a lot of fiddling.
had one person told me that they run better with 100 octane fuel instead of unleaded, and may eliminate ticking of valves. tractor runs great though @@tractorrescueranch3682
I've been looking everywhere for a valve adjusting video. Thank you for sharing this! 👍
check out Dan Gingell and Rachel Gingell on adjusted the values on 8n
