However, he was unaware of food banks and other programs that relate between the 2 countries. No culture is inherently better or worse unless they are directly harming children, causing depression/anxiety/mental health harms, causing inequality including against men or women being able to grow and learn, etc. Claims of superiority rely on bias. Every culture has its challenges, but also valuable lessons for the world to learn from.

The street where you had the Sichuan food was pagoda street. I also have eaten some yummy Sichuan food there. Next time you go to a Sichuan restaurant there, try the double cooked chilli fish. But its a huge quantity so needs to be shared.
