HI Don't suppose you have any more Carnival videos? I'm a carnival-historian and interested in any footage of carnivals pre-2000 (when most of the dance-troupes etc evaporated from the parades) as many friends paraded in Stockport, Marple, Macclesfield and other carnivals during that era.,

I remember when the carnival came up to Edgeley and on to Hollywood Park. My mum, dad and me, used to have a vanilla slice each whilst we waited for it to arrive. Those were the days. I also remember that it used to start with someone dressed up as an oversized Stockport Express Newspaper at the front of the parade. Does anyone else remember that ????
