- Here I have used 608zz bearings. Most of the table fans I've seen this type of fault. For which Fan is creating noise during moving or some times it goes tight with the armature So I used the bearing for easily and smooth running for a long time. It will also prevent the Fan from heat. and moves very easily.
I've been looking for something like this as I have to take apart my table fan and clean/oil it every year. I didn't know what I needed so thank you for showing me.

Do I need to replace the worn out shaft too or no need?
If your shaft shows signs of heavy wear and tear, loosely fits on bearing then it's better to change the shaft. Else normal or slight scratches on shaft isn't a big deal.

1 mm thick tape, it must move a little to center the shaft or it will not work. ( a cotton bandaid can u use to instead of the flex pipe.!)

This is not a real video I tried this but the bearing alignment is not possible this way ... 👀👀🤦🤦
If you are unable to mount the bearing in place of Bush hole use a metal pipe in place of bush whole by soldering , and then use the bearing in the hole of pipe. it will be useful to work it.
@@MyhobbyElectronics soldering ...??? Or welding ...even if you weld it how to get the centre alignment of both the bearing ....I feel this is not a successful modification ...in you're video you used plastic pipe. ....but that is fail due to slipping
@@akshayoval9624 To get center alignment of the bearing you have to use the shaft , put the shaft in the bush whole, take few cotton cloths to make tight fitting , or any wires might be rapped to get tight fitting , it will make the bearing center to the whole now carefully use a same dimension of metal pipe according to the outer dimension of the bearing. You can also use M-seal compound to fix the bearing. or putting the bearing you can make spot welding or soldering , Please use more than 665 Watts of soldering Iron here.

I replaced my bearing but Motor's body heated very fast what is the reason? Shaft is freely move no jaming issue

He seems to be a technician without doing the work in z neat manner. When a mechanical part iz opened if should be properly cleaned. Oiled or greased etc before doing the refitting. Secondly, he didn't tell the size and part no. of the bearing fitted. This much efforts he has taken but not done satisfactory Job. This is not a criticism but considered as half work.
