Your video is amazing… can you bring up your Biochemistry friend currently studying nursing to enlighten us because i studied Biochemistry and would like to branch into Nursing. Thank you
This made me emotional 😢😢 remembered my journey as a canadian Rn and it's been full of God's grace. Thank you for doing this. Thank you Victoria, thank you yemisi❤❤❤❤
Yes! To coming as LPN, for those without a prior nursing background and being cheaper, for those with Rn background already, hummm, LPN, may not be my best advice, welldone victoria, i appreciate the mention❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Well-done Yemisi
Hi Yemisi, Thank you for this informative video. By chance is there a way to get to know Victoria contact for those that would like to have a personal chat with her about licensure process in Canada?
1)Was any hours of practice made compulsory in Alberta before you could transfer to sask? And how many hours if yes! 2)How were you able to get your first Job without having a Canadian experience before,i mean ur selling points to hire you? @ yemisi thank you for this guest & you asked those questions to the point a lay man would understand! You should be called Nurse Yemisi now & you made the it very easy for digestion.Thank you
Hello Yemisi please can we hear about doing nursing in Canada without having a bachelors in nursing. Do I have to do bachelors again in nursing or is there a diploma in nursing
They can!!! However it's not my best advise, my best advise is to check for provinces that are willing to take on Rn only or those who are opened to diploma nurses, ontairo wants bsc nurses only, except if Coming here as lpn is the only option
Please I already got eligibility wihr New York to write Nclex And currently I have admission to study post graduate of nursing leaderships and management in Seneca College canada Should I proceed with the admision and write the Nclex in canada My questions is which province can I easily get canada RN after passing Nclex
Which one is better for international students at this time if they are planning to get PGWP is it EDMONTON OR SASK for both studying and working and hopefully PR from your experience
I don’t understand your question. PGWP is not provincial based. I’d advise you to watch the video below where I shared the changes to PGWP and you can make your decision. ua-cam.com/video/Q_6XMvwdQvc/v-deo.htmlsi=j_BaaLz86bYLfbKB
Hi,please is it truth that after passing IELTS,that i will need about 5m to go abroad for 3months for my CBT then come back and start applying for jobs?
If you have a bachelor's degree in any field at all, you can practise as a nurse here with the after degree nursing program Available in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Calgary, Lethbridge
@NurseOfela Thank you. I have an immigration plan. I learned from you to always focus on immigration first, start licensure before leaving and eventually surpassing the obstacle of full licensure when I've gotten to Canada. I'm planning on entering the EE Pool ASAP but I was wondering that since I'm young, unmarried, and not with enough peak years experience, if getting licensed in a province would increase my chances of getting PNP from such province while in the pool especially as there are now expedited licensure processes. Or I should just focus on getting into the pool and see what happens?
Hey yemisi please I have a question what about for someone who studied a bachelor in nursing in India and did not have a licence how can we be a Canadian registered nurse 🙏
Hummmmm! Quite daisy, as you need a license from your home country, i mean present that to the evaluation body here, however I'd make more findings on this
Greetings, please I'm a registered midwife from Nigeria, please can you help me on how to contact this my colleague, because I want to do my evaluation through Toronto continuation study to get my icast, so that I can do my evaluation please. Please help a sister 🙏🙏🙏🙏
@openheavenz yeah. I also notice. Maybe in subsequent ones you could note down her points that need more clarification and ask when she finishes her explanation, just so she won't lose her line of thought. In all, very informative interview. Thanks @yemisi.
Hi yemisi I'm a lover of your channel keep up your good job👍, I'm Abt applying for the public health msc. But I had interest in nursing pls can you help me with the link to school that offer nursing as msc I'm a graduate of microbiology.

@lauraeyere7778 welldone, you got this, and hope the immigration plan is in top gear? That's the most important!
Please I think I need to look for you both when I come …. 👍
SUBSTANTIAL EQUIVALENCY PATHWAY ❤❤❤❤❤❤😂😂
Pls what about someone that has just weac results from Nigeria. What part way can she start from ? Thank u
Means diploma nurses cannot come to Canada even registering as a LPN?
I don’t recall her saying that.
You may want to check what that process looks like.
They can!!! However it's not my best advise, my best advise is to check for provinces that are willing to take on Rn only or those who are opened to diploma nurses, ontairo wants bsc nurses only, except if Coming here as lpn is the only option

@@MsYemisi ya I know but the chances in alberta for pr after PGWP are the same in Sask or it will not matter where you apply for Pr after PGWP?

How do you study LPN program with Canadian psw from nbcc
@@folasadelekan-salau5445 nbcc offers a pathway to LPN of course.
Why if you are pastor and want to study Nursing within Canada 🇨🇦
If you have a bachelor's degree in any field at all, you can practise as a nurse here with the after degree nursing program
Available in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Calgary, Lethbridge
Is she working as a licensed practical nurse or as a registered nurse?
Did you watch the video?🙂
@MsYemisi, yes.
@@Global_Ca_Au. then she said it.😭 I also have it written boldly and in CAPS on the caption.
Hi Ms Yemisi, I'm a registered nurse in Nigeria about to start my process to becoming a Canadian RN, is there a way i can get in touch with Victoria?
You'd need two things
1.immigration plan
2. Licensure plan,
Getting a license as a Canadian Rn doesn't guarantee immigration
@NurseOfela Thank you. I have an immigration plan. I learned from you to always focus on immigration first, start licensure before leaving and eventually surpassing the obstacle of full licensure when I've gotten to Canada. She explained that too in the video. You’d evaluate your foreign degree and follow the remaining steps.

I noticed u interrupt her a lot. Allow her finish speaking before u interrupt
Okay.
If you watched it though, you’d notice I “interrupt” when I want her to answer something specific asides the general questions.
