It is still better to cut it up yourself that is why listeria is out there. That way you will always wash your vegetables with vinegar. People don't usually wash already cut vegetables

thanks dear, lol i normally free hand my veggies, so i dont measure nothing, i used cabbage the green and purple one, add the frozen mixed veggies that has carrots, and broccoli and cauliflower seasoned with all purpose seasoning and stir fried it and i added a little butter

Jaye try to stay away from too much red meat did you know beef takes 3days to digest in your system just saying 😮 and the plastic container aren’t good either I even do glass microwave covers now 😊
my diet is a little different, i choose meats that work better with my blood type, i started doing that when i was trying to improve my health and saw a significant improvement, i do use the glass ones too just need to switch out the rest of plastics eventually
