  • We present practical, minimalist home imbued with a blend of Scandinavian and Japanese styles, nestled in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, in the "Pranciskonu Park" project. With a gaining rapid popularity among interior designes as the "japandi" style apartment, curated by the talented designer Eglė Mišinytė, set to captivate anyone who values modesty, uniqueness, and the cozy warmth provided by natural materials and an earthy ambiance.
Japandi draws on the synthesis of two worldviews, reflecting practical minimalism and a love for nature, naturalness. If you enjoy spending time in nature, this home "brings it indoors." Only natural materials, and most importantly - wood - warm, with its yellowish-brown tones.
Impeccable oak parquet, Italian "Bolia," "Novamobili," and Scandinavian design "Innovation living" and "Muuto" (Danish) furniture, wooden blinds... everything is practical, simple, high-quality, and functional. The emphasis lies not in mass production but in sustainability, superior quality, and longevity.
One of the more interesting highlights is a solid wood bench, completely in the form of an elementary cube, which serves not only as a creative decor that does not hide the flaws of natural wood and brings a "rustic smell", but also organically provides a function for those who want to sit at the island/table.
The mentioned island/table is two in one, when part of it is made of extremely strong and low-pore concrete according to the modern GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) technology and the sitting part of wood (table).
Undoubtedly, a highlight of the apartment is the innovative design lamp by the Italian company "Flos" named "Belt," winner of the prestigious "Compasso d'Oro" award, hanging above the island. It's the work of two brothers, designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec - a symbol of flexibility - striking a balance between the softness of natural leather and the strength of aluminium.
The kitchen space is more open than usual, with cabinets installed only below the countertop and beneath the island, where all household "noise" is hidden away. This keeps the kitchen area clean and minimalist.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms/shower rooms are located on the second floor, echoing the abundance of natural wood and concrete in the stairs, walls, sinks. While light colors are used as a base, charcoal black hues are not avoided in metal elements and decor. The bathrooms feature Italian "Atlas Concorde" ceramics and "Zucchetti" faucets.
Abundant plant life, present in all rooms and on the outdoor terraces on both floors, brings you even closer to nature. The terraces are really spacious for plants and comfortable outdoor furniture, lamps heated by infrared rays.
These are truly exceptional home, not just a conversation between Scandinavian and Japanese styles, but the philosophy based on closeness to nature and human simplicity.
The apartments come with an underground parking space.
