Project cars, iracing and asetto Corsa all left this out, so I was pleasantly surprised during the intro cinematic when it was included and I can’t wait to buy the car for myself to use online
I used to like racing games, then they remove the 'skip' function. The trend toward forcing players to watch 10 - 15 minutes of "This is real" nonsense before they can play killed the joy for me. Then there all the shorter, but no less annoying, repetitive, in-game cut scenes of awkward dancing and painful monologue to kill off any lingering desire. Next, they will require car sponsor appearance, invasive medical check-up and pre-race cavity searches before you get to press a button.
You playing on keyboard or something like 100% on power or 100% off power? I love the smoothness of the triggers on the controller and feathering in the brakes and throttle but sure. Nice vid

I keep hearing that there won't be power shifting and just want to know if that only means for ppl who use manual with clutch. For a while I've been using just manual cuz I didnt really have many buttons on my controller to fit in a clutch. Also I can't find a comfortable place where I'd keep a clutch button on controller. All in all I just want to know if they're keeping Manual without clutch.
Ive been using Manual W/Clutch on controller for many years now in the Horizon series, i dont see why they wouldnt have it in the motorsports series, it would be a fairly big deal for those that use full Sim set ups if they couldnt use Manual W/Clutch

Could you tell me where? Graphics looks ok at best, microstutter is everywhere and resolution of reflections is severely lacking. Also some light reflections are nonexistent.

How does your Accelerator go 0 - 100 immediately on Keyboard? I play on Keyboard and I notice that mine has a climb still. I have my "Hold Button" Setting down to .5 and it still shows a small climb. Yours doesn't. What did you do to do that? I WANT IT!

As someone with 800 hrs on AC, this game does not look any impressive than any past track racers. It just seems like this title is a way for Forza to actually catch up to the conpetition But feel free to lemino how multiplayer performs. Though I heard wheel support is lacking

@@connsmitty What's good about power-shifting being removed? I think it may be because it was being exploited and abused by players to try and get the fastest possible lap times by spending that little bit more time on the throttle.

Career mode looks the same as FM7, when are these developers going to learn that these modes should be about progression... stop handing out mustangs and STIs as starter cars, then gifting everyone a 911 GT2, I want to drive a pos run down chrysler neon as a starter and work my way up. This game is too "modern times" for its own good, in more ways than one.

One small complain, at night, the car plate lights don't turn on while in FH5 they are on even when your plates have detached.

Unfortunately I can't test it as for whatever reasons they have messed up the keybinds for keyboard. So I can't use clutch at the moment.

Settings are high with Ray Tracing on, though I might turn it off as it is too demanding.

God this game looks great but it really sucks for those of us that live in rural areas. If theres an outage, we can't even play the career mode.
Forza Motorsport Reboot for me is great but still FM4 and 7 are miles ahead. In terms of car list and overall gameplay that is.

The colour saturation is supposed to have been reduced to make the graphics more realistic, but they appear white and hazy.

Changing your keybinds disables that assist.
