Just replacing a TCO does not necessarily solve your problem. You need to know why it's blown. Putting a new one in is just likely to pop that one as well if you haven't solved the underlying issue.

if my shower unit's on off button doesnt work. but the ceiling pull cord turns water on (but not heated) wht could be the problem? appreciate any thoughts. thanks

Снял с нового запасного водонагревателя точно такой же термодатчик звонился ноль ом. Поставил, звоню мультиметром уже бесконечность. И нажимал снизу не помогло, ерунда эти термодатчики.
