To most Trump voters, women's body rights were not even an issue - we voted against immigration policies of the Biden administration, we voted to improve the economy, we voted to make crime illegal again, we voted against woke nonsense (men dressing as women competing against women). Most men don't care about the abortion issue because it really doesn't have anything to do with us. And women voted 52% for Trump.
As a 26 year veteran of teaching public school I always refrained from expressing my personal political views in front of students or colleagues. School is just not the place for that. We, as teachers have to model good citizenship to students who are young and looking to us for guidance. I always told the kids that we have to respect the office of the president whether it’s Bush, Obama, Trump, or Biden. Respect the office. It worked for me - it worked for my students.
I believe that a couple of Trump supporters satirically made these comments just to provoke the inevitable leftist hysteria. The left, as usual (having no sense of humour), would have latched onto them and treated them as literal statements.
So glad she is a FORMER teacher. She still does not seem remorseful, just angry. This shows that many people are ruled and controlled by their emotions rather than logic. No wonder she is single.
Annie Dunleavy: Excuses, Echo Chambers, and a Lack of Accountability Annie Dunleavy’s viral Snapchat video and subsequent WTNH interview have drawn significant backlash, not only for her inflammatory remarks but also for her flimsy justifications. Her explanations are riddled with contradictions, selective vagueness, and a glaring absence of evidence to support the claims she made about the supposed "alarming" comments that triggered her outburst. Her Justifications: Full of Holes Dunleavy claims that her hateful Snapchat rant was a response to “alarming” comments she saw online. Specifically, she referenced statements like: “Women have lost.” “You will never control your own body.” “It’s your body, our choice now.” Yet, despite the alleged impact these comments had on her, Dunleavy provided no details about where these comments originated, who made them, or why they were so credible that they pushed her to make explicit threats. If these were comments made by Trump supporters, as she implies, why didn’t she report them to the platform or authorities? Why didn’t she use her interview to present concrete evidence of these threats? The answer seems clear: the comments she claims provoked her were likely the product of the same leftist echo chamber that fueled her own hysteria. It’s far more plausible that these statements were exaggerated fears passed around by those within her ideological bubble, designed to whip up outrage and paranoia. Rather than questioning these narratives, Dunleavy internalized them and used them as an excuse for her own reckless behavior. Selective Vagueness and Convenient Detail What’s striking in her interview is Dunleavy’s inconsistency. She is vague and non-specific when discussing the supposed triggers for her rant but suddenly becomes highly detailed and self-assured when talking about herself in a positive light. For instance, she said: “I am well-respected, which I appreciate.” “I love my students. I love their families. I love the people I work with.” “I always wanted to be a teacher from the time I was a young child.” “I promise you that I intended to and did everything I could to be there for the families and the parents.” These glowing self-assessments starkly contrast with her vague and defensive explanations for her behavior. If she truly loved her students and families as much as she claims, how does she reconcile that with a video threatening anyone who disagreed with her politically? Her inability to articulate who or what specifically drove her to such an extreme only deepens the skepticism around her credibility. A Failure to Take Responsibility Throughout the interview, Dunleavy repeatedly attempted to deflect responsibility for her actions. She framed her video as a moment of emotional weakness, saying: “I was in a moment of high emotions, and I shouldn’t have ever posted the video.” “It was just a moment of being overwhelmed and anxious.” “I never meant for it to turn into what it has turned into.” Yet these statements fail to address the core issue: her words were not merely impulsive or careless-they were deliberately threatening. Phrases like “You will end on a stretcher, gone forever” are not the language of someone expressing fleeting frustration; they are explicit threats. By framing her actions as a mistake born of stress, she diminishes the seriousness of what she said and avoids genuine accountability. Echo Chamber Hypocrisy Dunleavy’s rant highlights the dangers of ideological echo chambers. It’s likely that the fearmongering she cites as a motivator for her post came not from Trump supporters but from her own side-people she trusted and aligned with politically. These exaggerated, baseless fears about “losing women’s rights” or “authoritarian control” are common rhetoric in far-left circles, designed to sow panic and incite emotional reactions. Instead of challenging these narratives, Dunleavy embraced them, and her video became a reflection of the hysteria that such rhetoric creates. If Dunleavy truly believed she was witnessing harmful behavior or threats from Trump supporters, why didn’t she take action in a constructive way? She could have reported such incidents, engaged in dialogue, or used her platform to advocate for understanding and inclusion. Instead, she chose to escalate the situation with threats of violence, showing a complete lack of maturity and judgment. Questioning Her Fitness to Teach Dunleavy’s behavior raises serious questions about her fitness to teach. Her inability to regulate her emotions, coupled with her willingness to lash out at those who disagree with her, is antithetical to the qualities required of an educator. Teachers are meant to model respect, empathy, and professionalism-qualities she utterly failed to demonstrate. Moreover, her repeated attempts to frame herself as the victim-despite being the one who issued threats-show a troubling lack of self-awareness. Can someone who deflects responsibility and fails to learn from their mistakes truly be trusted to guide and mentor students? Is She Even Credible? Dunleavy’s shifting narratives and selective details undermine her credibility. She wants the public to believe that she was driven to her actions by external forces, yet she provides no concrete evidence to back up her claims. At the same time, she is eager to paint herself in the best possible light, portraying herself as a victim of circumstance rather than the instigator of this controversy. If she cannot be honest and consistent about what led to her behavior, how can anyone trust her to be honest and consistent in the classroom? Her failure to provide a coherent explanation for her actions, coupled with her deflections and self-praise, suggests a deeper issue with accountability and integrity. Final Thoughts Annie Dunleavy’s excuses for her Snapchat rant fall apart under scrutiny. The “alarming” comments she claims provoked her remain unsubstantiated, and it’s far more likely they originated within her own ideological bubble. Her lack of accountability, selective vagueness, and self-serving statements only deepen concerns about her fitness to teach or hold any position of responsibility. This incident isn’t just about a moment of poor judgment-it’s about a pattern of behavior that raises serious questions about her credibility and character. Dunleavy’s actions and explanations demonstrate why she should never return to the classroom and why her attempts to salvage her reputation should be met with skepticism. The public deserves better from its educators, and this incident should serve as a reminder of the importance of accountability and professionalism in the teaching profession.
Undoubted they were satirical comments. The commenters clearly understand that Trump's election has nothing to do with controlling women's bodies, with men dictating women's body choices, etc, so they're saying things to expose the ridiculousness the irrational fear; things like "hey bro, what are you gonna do with your power over women's bodies in January?" And then answering like, "imma use my power to make women CALM DOWN." The problem is that no one taught her how to discern satire, sarcasm, etc; or conflict resolution for that matter. It's a problem when your mental health depends on the silence of others.
The idea that these comments were “undoubtedly satirical” 🤔 falls apart under closer inspection. If Annie Dunleavy’s claims about comments like, “Hey bro, what are you gonna do with your power over women’s bodies in January? 🤷♂️” were real, why didn’t she flag them? 🚩 Instead, she made a Snapchat post threatening Trump supporters, claiming, “Just because you won doesn’t mean we don’t remember who you voted for. You’re not in the clear. Step to me, and I’ll handle you how I see fit. You’ll end on a stretcher.” 😳 Um, what happened to handling it responsibly? If she truly believed there was an organized effort of men posting things like, “You’ll never control your own body again” or “Your body, our choice,” wouldn’t a better reaction have been reporting these supposed threats to the platform or her administration? 🕵️♀️ Instead, she decided to film her own not-so-satirical rant-effectively pouring gasoline on the fire 🔥. Let’s not forget how she excused her behavior in the WTNH interview, claiming, “I was overwhelmed, emotional, and just venting in a private group of friends.” 🤦♀️ But is Snapchat private? Not really. 💻 She goes on to say, “I wanted to make it clear that I wouldn’t go down without a fight if someone tried to hurt me,” but where’s the evidence anyone was actually threatening her? 🚫 Instead, it seems like she fed into a frenzy of fears based on echo chamber exaggerations. 🔊 In reality, the claims she reacted to sound more like caricatures or hyperbolic fears spread by those in her own circle. Comments like “I’m gonna use my power to make women CALM DOWN” feel more like satirical leftist rhetoric 💁♂️ than actual threats from Trump supporters. Annie didn’t need to fight imaginary battles on Snapchat with threats of violence-she needed to pause, breathe, and click the little flag icon instead. 🚩 Social media is not your therapy session, Annie! 📱❌
@@Reelworthy Exactly. She is the proof of what the comments were intended to flush out - that the left includes numerous individuals who have lost all perspective and sense of humour.
These teachers need to be expelled. this teacher looks very anxious. I had an elementary teacher tell me she suffers from severe anxiety for a long time. as she was talking to me, she sweated and told me ."I do not know why I am a teacher". This worries me so much as a parent and the principal knew , she suffered from anxiety. and did nothing. I was terrified, uncomfortable and surprised. the teacher told me " not to tell anyone". this teacher should not be teaching either. the district where I live will do nothing. they protected teachers like this.. the teacher in this video Glad she will not be teaching. she is very anxious.
"I have graciously decided to leave (because) I did not want any negativity coming to the Cheshire community or the Cheshire schools." Note the rationalization hamster at work. She's thoroughly unwelcome in the Cheshire community because of her aggressive, abusive, threatening, bullying behaviour online, but she twists it around to present herself as virtuous in leaving, as if it was her choice. That's classic Narcisstic Personality Disorder. She's incapable of conceding she was in the wrong, she can only say to parents: "I am so, so sorry that you had to see that side of me." In other words, "I am so, so sorry I got caught." 😭
No excuse! She is only apologizing because people didn’t see it her way. Lady I’m glad your not a teacher anymore. Now you know and love trump supporters come on coo coo your cray cray!!!
I’m call bullshit on her explanation and there was not any apology, at all. Same old crap….blame everyone…blame your emotions…..blame everyone, except yourself…
🎉 Annie encourages my social movement to require all licensed professions (teachers, lawyers, doctors, etc) to submit to a mandatory psychiatric evaluation as a component of vetting. It’s CLEARLY necessary! The intimate, vulnerable lives of children, clients, patients in their “care” and “authoritative charge” are far too valuable to risk. 🎉
“I will no longer be working there. I have GRACIOUSLY decided to leave….I did not want any negativity…I am removing myself from that environment to restore PEACE….” How magnanimous of you, you fraud.
Too bad she wasn't raised for the internet age. My teacher wife told our young children "if you don't want me to see it don't put it on the internet because eventually I will see it and so will the rest of the world." Excellent advice, certainly for young people but probably for everyone.
She’s slick and that makes her all the more dangerous. She knew exactly what she was saying and the message she was sending. And she’s able to sit there, straight faced and turn it all around. She’s psychotic and needs help.

"Annie Dunleavy’s Viral Meltdown and Dr. Jeffrey Solan’s November 21, 2024 Cheshire BOE Response: Why He Must Resign or Be Replaced" Dr. Jeffrey Solan’s response to the fallout from Annie Dunleavy’s viral video at the November 21, 2024 Cheshire BOE meeting perfectly illustrates why his time as superintendent of Cheshire Public Schools needs to come to an end. While the teacher’s resignation was inevitable after her inflammatory and inappropriate comments, Solan’s handling of the situation-marked by deflection, defensiveness, and an apparent prioritization of his own reputation-shows he is no longer fit to lead. Cheshire deserves leadership that puts the community, students, and schools first-not a superintendent who turns valid concerns into personal grievances. --- A Defensive and Self-Centered Response Let’s start with Solan’s response to allegations of compromising student safety: "The teacher was not in school on Monday, and the idea that I might compromise student safety is, frankly, insulting." This defensive remark is packed with 🚩 red flags 🚩. Rather than addressing how he ensured the safety of students and staff, Solan chose to focus on his personal feelings. His “frankly insulting” response dismisses the community’s valid concerns and does nothing to reassure parents who are still grappling with the fallout of Annie Dunleavy’s behavior. Instead of presenting evidence of concrete actions-like monitoring her behavior on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday or reviewing her interactions with students and staff-he sidesteps the issue entirely. This is not the tone of a leader but of someone unwilling to take accountability. 💭 Imagine if a student made similar threats. Would Solan react with the same defensiveness? Or would he swiftly implement discipline, as is expected of school leadership? --- No Clear Investigation or Timeline Solan’s statement failed to address key details about how the district handled the situation. Dunleavy attended Chapman Elementary School on Wednesday, the day she posted her video, and was likely in school on Thursday and Friday as well. Solan offers no explanation for why no immediate action was taken or why the district waited until Monday to respond. Additionally, he provides no evidence of a thorough investigation. Where are the interviews with other Chapman Elementary staff? Was security camera footage reviewed to evaluate her demeanor in school? Was her disciplinary history examined for prior red flags? Cheshire parents and taxpayers deserve answers, but Solan’s vague, bureaucratic response gives none. Instead, he leans on hindsight, saying: "Hindsight is always 20/20." No, Dr. Solan. Leadership means foresight and decisive action-not excuses. 👀 --- BOE Policy Ignored What makes Solan’s response even more egregious is his failure to cite BOE Policy 4118.51 - Social Networking, which clearly prohibits employees from posting content that harms the district’s reputation or creates a hostile environment. Dunleavy’s comments-filled with threats and divisive rhetoric-were an obvious violation. Yet Solan never once referenced this policy in his remarks, nor did he explain how it guided the district’s actions. This glaring omission raises serious questions: Was the policy ignored? Was Solan unaware of it? Or did he deliberately avoid referencing it to shield the district from scrutiny? Either way, it demonstrates a lack of accountability and leadership. --- Property Taxes Rise, But Leadership Falls Under Solan’s tenure, property taxes in Cheshire have skyrocketed. The most recent assessment resulted in higher taxes for many residents than in the past 10 years combined. These increases directly fund the BOE budget that Solan oversees, yet what has the community received in return? A superintendent whose response to this crisis can be summed up as vague, bureaucratic, and self-serving. For a leader who has been superintendent for over a decade, Solan’s performance resembles that of someone in their first week on the job. The lack of clarity, transparency, and decisive action in his statement underscores the need for new leadership. Cheshire residents deserve better for the taxes they pay and the schools they entrust with their children’s education. --- Key Quotes That Fall Flat 1. "We began reevaluating the situation, including contact with the teacher and evaluating the threat." Vague. What exactly did “reevaluating” involve? What specific actions were taken to assess the threat Dunleavy posed? Solan provides no details. 🙄 2. "There are laws that dictate how we manage employee issues... we followed the laws and acted as expediently as possible given the complexity." Bureaucratic. While compliance is important, this statement feels detached and lacks any mention of the social media policy Dunleavy clearly violated. Cheshire residents deserve to know whether BOE policies were followed. 3. "Hindsight is always 20/20." Dismissive. This comment shifts focus away from proactive leadership and onto reactive excuses. Leadership is about foresight, not hindsight. --- Why Solan Must Be Replaced Dr. Solan’s handling of the Annie Dunleavy incident exposes a pattern of deflection, weak leadership, and misplaced priorities. His focus on defending himself rather than addressing the community’s concerns demonstrates a failure to rise to the occasion. Cheshire residents pay high taxes, yet they are left with a superintendent who cannot clearly articulate how policies are enforced or timelines are managed. Solan’s decade-long tenure has not resulted in stronger leadership but rather in vague responses, rising frustrations, and diminishing confidence. The Cheshire BOE must take immediate steps to evaluate whether Solan is still the right person to lead the district. Based on his defensive tone, lack of transparency, and failure to ensure accountability, the answer seems clear: It’s time for new leadership. --- Conclusion The fallout from Annie Dunleavy’s video is not just about her conduct but also about the leadership-or lack thereof-demonstrated by Dr. Jeffrey Solan. His defensive and vague response, coupled with his inability to provide clarity or enforce BOE policies, shows that Cheshire needs a superintendent who puts the district first. The community deserves better. The students deserve better. Cheshire cannot afford more of the same. 💬 Replace Solan. Restore trust. Rebuild Cheshire. 💬

Annie Dunleavy: Excuses, Echo Chambers, and a Lack of Accountability
Annie Dunleavy’s viral Snapchat video and subsequent WTNH interview have drawn significant backlash, not only for her inflammatory remarks but also for her flimsy justifications. Her explanations are riddled with contradictions, selective vagueness, and a glaring absence of evidence to support the claims she made about the supposed "alarming" comments that triggered her outburst.
Her Justifications: Full of Holes
Dunleavy claims that her hateful Snapchat rant was a response to “alarming” comments she saw online. Specifically, she referenced statements like:
“Women have lost.”
“You will never control your own body.”
“It’s your body, our choice now.”
Yet, despite the alleged impact these comments had on her, Dunleavy provided no details about where these comments originated, who made them, or why they were so credible that they pushed her to make explicit threats.
Selective Vagueness and Convenient Detail
What’s striking in her interview is Dunleavy’s inconsistency. She is vague and non-specific when discussing the supposed triggers for her rant but suddenly becomes highly detailed and self-assured when talking about herself in a positive light. For instance, she said:
“I am well-respected, which I appreciate.”
“I love my students. I love their families. I love the people I work with.”
“I always wanted to be a teacher from the time I was a young child.”
“I promise you that I intended to and did everything I could to be there for the families and the parents.”
These glowing self-assessments starkly contrast with her vague and defensive explanations for her behavior. If she truly loved her students and families as much as she claims, how does she reconcile that with a video threatening anyone who disagreed with her politically? Her inability to articulate who or what specifically drove her to such an extreme only deepens the skepticism around her credibility.
A Failure to Take Responsibility
Throughout the interview, Dunleavy repeatedly attempted to deflect responsibility for her actions. She framed her video as a moment of emotional weakness, saying:
“I was in a moment of high emotions, and I shouldn’t have ever posted the video.”
“It was just a moment of being overwhelmed and anxious.”
“I never meant for it to turn into what it has turned into.”
Yet these statements fail to address the core issue: her words were not merely impulsive or careless-they were deliberately threatening. Phrases like “You will end on a stretcher, gone forever” are not the language of someone expressing fleeting frustration; they are explicit threats. By framing her actions as a mistake born of stress, she diminishes the seriousness of what she said and avoids genuine accountability.
Echo Chamber Hypocrisy
Dunleavy’s rant highlights the dangers of ideological echo chambers.
Questioning Her Fitness to Teach
Dunleavy’s behavior raises serious questions about her fitness to teach.
Final Thoughts
Annie Dunleavy’s excuses for her Snapchat rant fall apart under scrutiny.
💯 on point well said
Very well written analysis! Thanks no other comments are necessary
Coulda said that in 3 words; she is ill.
This is the most epic comment I’ve ever seen on UA-cam. Thank you!
They should have shown all these threats she got
Where did she see those comments she claims set her off?
Undoubted they were satirical comments. The commenters clearly understand that Trump's election has nothing to do with controlling women's bodies, with men dictating women's body choices, etc, so they're saying things to expose the ridiculousness the irrational fear; things like "hey bro, what are you gonna do with your power over women's bodies in January?" And then answering like, "imma use my power to make women CALM DOWN." The problem is that no one taught her how to discern satire, sarcasm, etc; or conflict resolution for that matter. It's a problem when your mental health depends on the silence of others.
@Reelworthy And unfortunately she is just one of many of them.
In reality, the claims she reacted to sound more like caricatures or hyperbolic fears spread by those in her own circle.
They were all lies. Probably a story her attorney told her to tell.
Just like sexual preference should not be in the classroom, politics shouldn't either.
She apologizes that people saw her evil aspect. No apology for the evil she did.
She does not regret the comment, just that she was exposed. The real problem this is a large majority of educators today have this mindset.
true
She's also a person and like everyone else, she had a sad moment which changed her life forever.
WHAT MAKES ME LAUGH IS THESE PEOPLE FORGET HE WAS PRESIDENT BEFORE WHY NOW ARE THEY WERE SO UPSET!!!! CRAZY!!!!😂
Don't bvelieve her at all and who are these newscasters who even give her the time of day.
I didn't hear an apology in there, just another victim "woe is me".
FAFO
Gad she got fired instead of being ''suspended''
Usually teachers will get a slap on the wrist for being nuts online
She wasn’t fired. She said she “graciously” resigned.
No excuse! She is only apologizing because people didn’t see it her way. Lady I’m glad your not a teacher anymore. Now you know and love trump supporters come on coo coo your cray cray!!!
Wow. Where was she seeing these comments from men? Maybe that's her problem. Cut out the toxic social media.
She could always learn to "Code".
She better get to it. Those jobs will be going fast!
Actually, she should learn to Coal Mine or Roughneck 👍
Hey Lady, don't want you to teach my children, they all voted for Trump.
There should be tests given to people before they can vote also.
@@werefeat0356 Yes. A citizenship test like the one legal immigrants take to become naturalized! Good comment. 😊

She’s not fit to be a teacher in an elementary school. Her attitude and language are a threat to the kids she called her own. YOU ARE FIRED!
She isn't sorry for what she said, she is just sorry she got caught saying it.
Shoutout to her friend who recorded it and shared it
“I will no longer be working there. I have GRACIOUSLY decided to leave….I did not want any negativity…I am removing myself from that environment to restore PEACE….” How magnanimous of you, you fraud.
Men saying, "It's our body, you will never control your own body"... Said NO men...
Nobody said those things to her
She should never be allowed to teach again! She's insane!
She’s unhinged.
What a bunch of psychobabble! I would not want her teaching my children.
I would not want to be around such a poor spirited person like you. Learn compassion 1 ono
Too bad she wasn't raised for the internet age. My teacher wife told our young children "if you don't want me to see it don't put it on the internet because eventually I will see it and so will the rest of the world." Excellent advice, certainly for young people but probably for everyone.
All these people going crazy like President Trump wasn’t already in the White House for four years
TRUMP HAS ALWAYS BEEN RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING
She's just trying to get her job back. Don't let this unhinged trash near children, for God's sake...
I do not believe that men would talk that way in her presence.
If you love your kids...get them out of public school....now.
She’s slick and that makes her all the more dangerous. She knew exactly what she was saying and the message she was sending. And she’s able to sit there, straight faced and turn it all around. She’s psychotic and needs help.
For being a teacher, she isn't very smart.
Typical crazy Karen😂
Excuse me, sir?
@Karen_White 😂
🤡👈
she a control freak!!!!her husband must be very sad
Beautiful softball interview!
I’m Gen X, I vent by having fake confrontations in my bathroom mirror. Don’t have a Snapchat, TikTok… too easy to do something you regret
This groomer needs to go to jail
She makes up all sorts of unverifiable claims about what she heard men saying. Oh please.
She should be fired.😮
The Tolerate Left 😂
Those kids are not your kids.....
Oh she, and the socialist state definitely believe that the kids belong to them and not their parents. It's their sick and twisted viewpoint.
She should be sitting in a jail cell for threatening to put people who did not vote the same as her on a slab.
Her next degree should be in Anger management 😑
All she can do is LIE. These comments she "heard" I don't think anyone else heard and Lady you came across as CRAZY and COMBATIVE to me..a PROUD PATRIOT TRUMP SUPPORTER!! You need therapy!
Unfortunately, they're all like this in Connecticut.
*Put cameras in classrooms!*
It's not how you are as a teacher. It's how you are as a human. So sad
So she got hysterical and screamed at kids and then blames everyone but herself 😂
Like they say don't put your private things online. Go outside and tell a squirrel.😂 Now look she lost her job.
Someone in her friend group...is not a friend. 😟
I'd say that her friend is a friend of the Entire American people, as he or she exposed a vile woman who made direct threats against voters like me. As a retired, black, combat-vet - I take threats very seriously...and so do my fellow veterans. We don't take such smack talking lightly.
@@ronp-eb9bhThis is one of the many reasons I encourage homeschooling. This one was willing to helpfully demonstrate her lack of stability on TikTok. Many are smart enough not to advertise, and not all kids share what's happening in the classroom. Where possible (and I realize it's not always possible), homeschool.
"Annie Dunleavy’s Viral Meltdown and Dr. Jeffrey Solan’s November 21, 2024 Cheshire BOE Response: Why He Must Resign or Be Replaced"
Dr.
---
A Defensive and Self-Centered Response
Let’s start with Solan’s response to allegations of compromising student safety:
"The teacher was not in school on Monday, and the idea that I might compromise student safety is, frankly, insulting."
This defensive remark is packed with 🚩 red flags 🚩.
---
No Clear Investigation or Timeline
Solan’s statement failed to address key details about how the district handled the situation.
Instead, he leans on hindsight, saying:
"Hindsight is always 20/20."
No, Dr. Solan. Leadership means foresight and decisive action-not excuses. 👀
---
BOE Policy Ignored
What makes Solan’s response even more egregious is his failure to cite BOE Policy 4118.51 - Social Networking, which clearly prohibits employees from posting content that harms the district’s reputation or creates a hostile environment.
---
Property Taxes Rise, But Leadership Falls
Under Solan’s tenure, property taxes in Cheshire have skyrocketed.
---
Key Quotes That Fall Flat
1. "We began reevaluating the situation, including contact with the teacher and evaluating the threat."
Vague. What exactly did “reevaluating” involve? What specific actions were taken to assess the threat Dunleavy posed? Solan provides no details. 🙄
2. "There are laws that dictate how we manage employee issues... we followed the laws and acted as expediently as possible given the complexity."
Bureaucratic. While compliance is important, this statement feels detached and lacks any mention of the social media policy Dunleavy clearly violated. Cheshire residents deserve to know whether BOE policies were followed.
3. "Hindsight is always 20/20."
Dismissive. This comment shifts focus away from proactive leadership and onto reactive excuses. Leadership is about foresight, not hindsight.
---
Why Solan Must Be Replaced
Dr.
---
Conclusion
The fallout from Annie Dunleavy’s video is not just about her conduct but also about the leadership-or lack thereof-demonstrated by Dr.
She should be put on watch list and never be allowed near children .

But to be honest as a white man over the last few years I've heard so many threats. I've heard so many calls to action again against white men. I've heard so many women tell other women online that they should poison their husbands and that they should get their ex-boyfriends fired from their jobs, etc.
