Hey ! :D I recently started reading Norse Mythology and from what I read, Blizzard did do the Odyn character justice. In the Norse mythos, Odin isn't a being of justice, law and honor. That's what Tyr was for. Odin was devious, loved to create strife between mortals through his sly games and found pleasure in the chaos of battle. He had very contradictory characteristics and was a very paradoxical character for such a beloved god. So, pretty on point there, Blizzard :D

Odyn may not be very honorable and people may not like the Valhalla theme that much, but I really liked this campaign. We get cool weapons, the Skyhold looks really nice and revisiting Ulduar was so much fun.
I love how you do the lores. If I miss something I can come here and put things together and listen to it and piece it together at once. My memory isn't that good and this makes it so much better!!!

I think the Valajar troops can enter and leave the HoV, because while they are trapped by Helya's magic, Odyn still has the power to force through a small number of people. He's not strong enough to unleash his entire army. But small groups of people every once in a while, for special missions? Sure, though I'm sure it must tire him. On a side note, geez there's a lot of people who didn't like this campaign. I personally really liked it, especially the part in Ulduar. Wayyyy better than the Hunter, Mage, and Priest campaigns xD

I am...so so disappointed in the warrior campaign. We could have gotten some badass shit, for the Horde and Alliance, and instead we get the saga of "Odyn makes stupid decisions, everyone else pays for it, and Vykrul are actually nice people no really ignore the fact that basically all of them want to kill everyone." We could've fixed up an old War of the Ancient elf castle, get dwarven and goblin smiths working, worgen training with forsaken, something, all the cool inter-faction stuff that basically every other class gets.
Sure, I'll accept that from a lore standpoint (even though I'm still right, most, or the majority of Vykrul you meet in Stormheim want to kill you), and it'd make good fodder for a questline, but as an entire class hall? You meet them before you even get the option to go to Stormheim, which if you are coming into Legion content blind won't make sense. Even from your characters point of view, at the point you get your artifact, Vykrul have always been servants of the Lich King, and Val'kyr have too.
I think you're confusing what you know with what is considered common knowledge in-game, because clearly there's some empty shelves in your lore-store. I agree with the warrior campaign being a disappointment, mostly because it's so one-sided, but there aren't any lore mess-ups that I know of besides the fluctuating level of how "trapped" the Valarjar are.
What did I miss, that I said? As far as I can remember, your characters only real interaction with either of those entities pre-legion have been as full fledged Lich KIng fanatics, or otherwise annoying murder-dudes, until Sylvanas gets her hands on the Val'kyr, which is technically after all that, and you may not know that unless you're a fresh Forsaken. Excepting maybe a couple individual members who I have forgotten, and we've worked with demons and the less good troll tribes before too, didn't make 'em any less a villain. Not trying to be combative, which is hard to convey over pure text, but I am legitimately curious. I dig the fluff of Warcraft, whenever Warcraft follows it's own lore enough to make sense. lol
i'm just really pissed the Warrior Order hall is heaven. Warriors, Rogues and Hunters shouldn't have magical order halls. The whole point of being a warrior is you are a mortal wearing heavy armor, a big weapon and you hit shit. This is out of lore.
Sometimes, I wonder if Blizzard is even aware that they don't seem to be trying at all to make Odyn seem like he's a good guy. They need to have one writer in charge of everything, because they seem to have one writer being like "Odyn is a good guy, prove your valor!" and another writer being like "lel, time to piss off the lore nerds who don't like inconsistencies and hypocrisies"

tyler Rochester yeah, each titan keeper had their own little corner of ulduar. Each of which had their own theme to reflect the keeper that dwelled in it.
Well while yeah Odyn is a jerk he was kind of right, he didnt get corrupted like those who stayed on Ulduar and raising great warriors as Valarjar is a good idea, shouldnt have forced helya to do the job, since nowadays a lot of Vrykul see it as an honor someone wouldve showed up, he knows hes right but he doesnt know how to convince people that he is and everyone hates knowitalls.
WHAT IF...Ymiron stook against the Lich King uniting all the Vrykul clans and acted as a neutral faction and the Vrykul became the dominant race in Northrend?
I ship Finna and Ragnvald :) also: I would sign up to be a Valkyr and don't we see a candidate for Valkyr-hood during the Halls of Valar dungeon? The lady who is like super into Eyir? And I love how warrior players are basically Siegfried :)

Varian is lucky to have avoided the hell that Warriors have been given. He is free.
Plot twist, vul'jin and varian had their souls taken by the legion and they'll be the final bosses in the Argus raid.

Concerning the vrykul, the ones in Stormheim have no ties to the ones in Northrend and never allied themselves with the Lich King.
