The overly focus to have everything 100% screen accuracy is seldom achievable and if it is it is often incredibly expensive. Such obsessions is not healthy. In the pursuit of utter perfection madness lies. Also awesome to see that there are other grown up cosplayers out there. Thank you for great tips.
I really like your video's of the ghostbusters costume series, I totally agree with you at the end of the video about people nit picking, we are doing it for fun!! It does not have to be perfect, just enjoy your costume/cosplay and have fun!!
I'm just starting my ghost busters costume last year around October. My company held a Halloween costume contest that I won. All I had was a bare flight suit (no patches)the belt, gloves, a spirit pack and ecto googles. The point is you don't have to be 100% to impress people.
Update: I found a pair of boots made by Converse , basically all black tennis shoes with a higher top. Much more comfortable to wear and they look pretty good
I'm with you on the flight suit going into the boot. Being prior military I find it weird lol. That said, since they did it in the movie I'm doing it!
Bill Murray let his hang out... The best Ghostbuster? You decide....

You're welcome. Good to see cosplayers come in all sizes, backgrounds, and ages... Don't cross the streams until you need too ;)

Glad you like them! I'm going to shoot one more where I put the whole costume together. Appreciate you watching to the end...
@@MakeItorBreakItNow I can't wait to watch it!!
I like seeing all the different fan made variation of suits out there.
Agreed. It's a lot of fun.
Great vid, thanks. Regarding boot tuck as option...Peter Venkman= No tuck. All other GB's did the tuck.
Very true, used to fly a lot back in the day and we never tucked our flightsuits in our boots... Maybe Venkman was a pilot in his back story....
Cool vids man! So true specs is mostly accurate, but at the same time I wanna be my own ghostbuster..like the gbs diy style anyways..right? Stay cool
Go for it! Like my 2.0 Gizmo, I agree it's great to put your own twist on the costume.

Agreed. How you play this out is all up to the individual. Thanks for sharing.
I wear high top tactical boots from an Army surplus store that zip up the side
Good choice. I'd get those if I didn't already have flight boots.
