Love this app so far. In a future update, can you show tee shots in both Carry distance and total distance. Maybe just make one of them a different color. It’s good to know what my pattern carry is, to see if I want to hit driver on a particular hole

When adding information for 3w 4h that gets used on the tee and as approach what should u put in for type?
Good question! The metric is there to capture intent. With a tee shot, we’re most concerned with your ability to hit the ball along your target line. Being long/short is ignored. With approach shots, we’re measuring your ability to hit the ball as close as possible to your intended target, which includes getting the total distance as well as direction.
Since you’re always going to have conservative targets with these longer clubs (because dispersions are large), I’d prioritize getting tee shot dispersions.

Whats the recommended number of shots for each Club?
Eventually we want to get to a place where we have 150-200 shots per club with a mix of on-course + launch monitor data. Start small! Hit 10-20 drivers, 10-20 of another club you use off the tee. Then move to approach shots and hit some shots from 150 yards, and some shots from 100 yards.
