I'm from the us and looking at applying for engineering there, it seems pretty legit. Cheaper tuition, lots of finaincial aid, and easier to get into than a lot of others I looked at

I have my own apartment, I haven’t lived in student halls in over 4 years and there are no housings on campus :)

I would go to it. It's my top uni as it is the only one that does a full degree on policing and criminology
