That’s going to be beautiful! I have a Kousa and it’s lovely! The bracts on mine are pink. The Autumn color of the Kousa is fantastic! I love the water tubing in the planting hole, such a great idea! Thanks for a great, instructional video!
Im planning to add some flowering dogwoods this spring, the varieties native to North America. Good luck getting all yours in the ground. Your gardens are beautiful.
I think a Magnolia Sieboldii would be fabulous in your new area -Its got the most stunning flowers in summer which are followed by the most unusal and sculptural seed heads in the autumn. It grows at Coton Manor Garden which is near me, and looks stunning throughout the year. I know you've already decided the tree varieties, but might be worth squeezing another one!
I’ve never heard of that, just looked it up and it looks beautiful. Sadly, it says it gets quite big so I don’t think there is room but thank you for telling me about it - I learn something new every day! Jenny

I have a query .Are cornus kousa edible? Probably you will write it depends .But my next question is ... I have heard that some are not edible but if they are not edible are they toxic or only not edible?
I honestly don’t know and would only be googling it the same as you! Best not to if there’s any ambiguity on what you’ve found out, have an apple instead 🤣 it’s not worth the risk ! Perhaps other people may be able to share anything they know about this subject.

Our Cornus Kausa Milky Way still has no leaves begin april, is that normal?
My first year with my cornus kousa but mine has no leaves yet but it has leaf buds.
