Red Bull is gonna have to change its slogan from "It gives you wings" to "It gives you fins" for your great achievement Ross!! You're a Inspiration with such a great attitude thanks for the videos!!!
Please keep the videos coming once you're done the swim Ross! I think we all agree that videos of you getting back on land will be just as amazing and interesting! What's life like after spending months swimming constantly in the ocean? And I have 1 question for you.....well 2 now I guess. Do you have any ideas floating around in that brave mind of yours for another superhuman adventure? Sending positive vibes from Whitby, Ontario 🇨🇦
You are amazing man, such an inspiration for any man out here wanted to be an a authentic athlete ! You motivate me to go out any time of my confort zone
Are you going to document your rehabilitation once you have completed the swim? Would be interesting to see how it's affected your body. Keep on swimming mate, your a legend!!!
So I know I’m a bit late because I know the swim is done, but...What you said about your body should have a purpose and it should look like it’s built for that purpose is so inspirational. I come from a exercise science background as well and I think you did a great job explaining everything. I would love to get my hands on any material you have written based off this swim.
Ross, legend! Question about disruption to your circadian rhythm. How is having to wake up to swim middle of the night, or having to go to bed mid afternoon affecting your performance or wellbeing? I have to work night shifts and always feel gross when switching to nights or coming off a run of twilight shifts. How are you managing?
Hey Ross!!! Found your videos just a couple of days ago and it amazed me how your doing this unbelievable adventure! so that flat and I binged watch upto your latest videos last night. Your awesome man keep it up and hope to see you finish soon!
So I have a question: How are you going to recover from all of this? Swimming so much during a 24hr period then what? small swims when you're home? Going from 15,000 calories a day to what? You've adapted to this daily routine which is crazy cool!
You are pretty much a superhero! Your attitude is truly inspiring. I just wondered how you truly honestly feel with the mental and physical battle you are going through?
Question Ross - loving watching your progress and truly inspirational. Can you talk us through your 6 hours off? Sleep, food but what else are you doing in that time and how does 6 hours on the boat compare to 6 hours in the water ..... does it go by MUCH quicker on the boat??
Great Ross how proud you must be feeling , no words strong enough . I mention you to family & friends and have sent them links . Very interesting on all your food and eating habits. No so long now .
Ross I don’t know what to look forward to on Thursdays after you finish please post some stuff on you tube after you finish on the red bull channel or on your own channel please Keep it up Ross great work!!!
Hey Ross, are you going to write a book on your great British swim adventure? I would love to read everything that went into such a challenge, especially after reading your last book! and I'm sure others would be inspired too.
Hey Ross, you're a true champ. It's amazing what you are accomplishing. I wondered who is responsible for filming at editing your episodes? 😁 Best regards.
It's been amazing to see your incredible journey. How are you feeling? Anxious? Excited? to be so close to be done? What is the first thing you will do the next day you are done?
When you eat so much nut or not butter a day, do you have issues of swollen lymph nodes? And how about Rhabdomyolysis from the constant prolonged muscle breakdown?
Great video again Ross! You’re destroying this challenge 👍 it’s interesting to see how you effectively diet on a challenge of this magnitude. You got this 💪🇬🇧🌊 #InstrumentNotOrnament - love that!!
The chances you'll get to read this are slim I know but imma say it anyway, I have been going onto the red bull website to track your progress more or less everyday now for the past 3 weeks, and they have recently updated the page and it didn't have the map at first and just a list of your current world records you have broken and I legitimately thought you had to stop and didn't complete the swim, I was genuinely gutted but false alarm it was just me being a dumbass and didn't see the option to view the map lol well panic over but I just wanted to say what you're doing is fantastic and truly a testament to what you can do when you put your mind to anything!! Im rooting for ya bud! And to quote a rather fitting film finding Nemo "just keep swimming" lol !
I watch this swimming documentary a second time because I love Ross ´ high energy way of pushing himself with this task. But: as he has been speaking of being „humble“ whilst swimming in the sea, would it not be a nice challenge to do something like this without producing this big pile of plastic wasteage? Good Nutrition must not lead to pollution. Nevertheless - great documentary!
when this whole thing is done, we definitely need a full body analysis, i wanna see how his physique and appearance has changed from swimming 12 hours a day everyday.
El RedBull para afinar al ultimo es lo mejor... ya se fijaron que tiene un porcentaje de Bicarbonato de Sodio... eso es ideal para mitigar la indigestion... mejor que el cafe despues de la comida....
