Thank You vai and the team for this masterpiece .
Bappa's voice was always one of the top notches of Bengali music. I always wondered why you guys could not discover him earlier. His compositions are also very soothing. I suggest listening to his other pieces of music as well.
Rabindranath Tagore (Pronounced as 'Thakur') is known as the Poet of the World in Bangladesh and beside his poetry he also wrote and composed many songs which is infact a distinct 'Genre' in Bangla music known as 'Rabindra Sangit'. Adity Mohsin is a trained master Rabindra sangit artist and probably one of the best in Indo-Bangla continent. This song was a great challenge for Arnob since Rabindra sangit has its own unique tune which is so distinctive that u will instantly recognize it as Rabindra sangit after listening for couple of seconds. Arnob made total justice to this song.
Hey guys, my name is Anik, and I’m originally from Bangladesh. First of all, I wanted to say that I absolutely love your reviews of Coke studio Bangla songs and eagerly wait for each one. I have been impatiently waiting for this one in particular.
I want to add a little bit of context. This is a Tagore song. Tagore, of course, needs no introduction. But I’ll give one anyway. He is a Nobel laureate, and won the prize for his literary work on Geetanjali (Geet+Anjali- so you can guess what it means). It is a collection of some of his prominent songs and the prize was for the literary value of his lyrics. He was a singer, songwriter, music composer, a novelist, a poet, an artist, a philosopher, and also he was friends with Albert Einstein. He was the founder of Shanti Niketan, which is now known as the Vishwa Bharati University. Many prominent singers of the subcontinent (including Arnob) trained there. One of Tagore’s songs “Jana gana mana” is the national anthem of India, and another “Amar shonar bangla” is the national anthem of Bangladesh. Tagore is not a person, he is a religion in these parts. His music itself is an entire genre in Bangladesh and West Bengal.
This song itself talks a little bit about his philosophy on life, which is why you should also pay attention to the lyrics. If you remember reviewing Rizwana Choudhury Banya’s “Anondoloke mongolaloke”- that was also a Tagore song. Adity Mohsin and Banya both are prominent singers of Tagore songs. Another one is Mita Haque, who also happens to be my aunt. She is unfortunately no more with us but you should look her up. Traditionally, almost all kids in these parts start their music lessons with Tagore songs. It’s a huge part of our culture, our being.
Sorry for the long comment, but if you read it- thank you for reading. Keep up the good work. You guys are absolutely awesome.
Thanks a lot Anik for the valuable comment and sharing the context too! Sorry to hear about your aunt. She is definitely in a better place now 🙏🏼
I am not typically a sentimental patriotic person, but Adity Mohsin's rendition of 'O Amar Desher Mati' always hits on me feels. If you haven't already heard it you should. it's the best introduction to her work imo. link- youtu. be/i7B6RaMvnF8 ...
I couldn't find the proper link, but you'll find the lyrics on my playlist.
edit: ok found it^.
I have to let you know that bappa has inherited the talent from his parents, both of them were very dedicated parampara type classical singers
Also, his elder brother is "Partho Pratim Majumdar" one of the most celebrated mime artists in the world.
@@trn1947 wait, his older brother is Partho Pratim Majumdar?!
Fun fact : Do you know, according to UNESCO "Bangla" language is the sweetest language on earth and it is the second most artistic language just next to french as well?
no it's not. please stop spreading false rumor. if you go to UNESCO's website there's no official documentation of this claim.
I don’t know.
Can you provide one authentic reference to support this claim?
I am sure this is one of those lies which was repeated thousands of times. Doesn’t make it a truth.
@@koowasha I'm not bound here to give you any source...you can google it...nonsense...
This is a subjective statement. Many people beyond would disagree to what you say. Stop this
@@koowashaI've heard about it but I couldn't find any official statements from UNESCO. Seems like the Mandela effect.
The way you guys pick up on the smallest of the details demands respect. You both are always very precise. Keep going, Haris and Hammad. Best wishes.
Hammad bhai, you're spot on about the presence of the five elements in the video. Good catch! I think most people missed it.
Bappa Mazumdar 🙏🙏🙏 A very Rare complete musician ever produced here..his voice, lyrics somewhere, his awsome composition, playing and singing in live concert, that inbuilt classical flavour... 🙏🙏🙏 Aditi Mohsin---The Guru.. 🙏🙏🙏 And ofcourse Arnob's Brain again..❤️❤️❤️
The Video (Visuals) may seem 'Distracting' to some, but it also represents some very important elements to understand the Song accurately.
The use of 'Cymatics' or 'Visual Vibration' (also prominently presented in the Audio) shown through the 'Singing Bowl', 'Water Bowl on the Speaker', 'Smoke' and 'Flame' might have been used to represent the 'Vibration of the Universe/Nature' and at the same time suggesting us to 'Vibrate' with the 'Universe/Nature' just like the song does.
Totally agree with you on appreciating season two more than season one! This season is very rich with creativity and liberation from various genre of music. Thank you for you deep and knowledgeable conversation about music. And this song is right now on loop in my head...the best work of Arnob da in this season!
One of my favorite Rabindra Sangeet. Tagore song.
Do you remember the enchanting experience of listening to "Anondoloke," from Gaan Bangla? One of my personal favorite Rabindra Sangeet has always been "Anondodhara." I was intrigued to see how Arnob would approach Tagore's music on this platform, and I am pleased with the way he did it. Thank you, guys. I was waiting for your review.
Vai bolen ebar..how was da arnob aproch ?

Oh yes how can we forget Anondoloke from Wind of Change. It was your first recommendation on the channel!
I always anticipate seeing your reaction videos. You guys somehow managed to encapsulate the spirit of our song. It's really lovely. Many thanks
No Doubt...Coke Studio Bangla is the best ❤ Proud to be a Bangladeshi
Bappa himself is a very good music composer,, I'm requesting you to reacton his musics as well,,,,
I am upama, i am the female dance artist from this presentation. Thank you so much for your beautiful and very authentic reaction about the song 😁🌻
I follow your bangla song reactions. You two do it with delicacy and your knowledge about music actually made me more interested to listen to your reactions 😊
Take love from Bangladesh 💙
Thank you so much Upama! You did great in the video and accentuated the message of the song further through your presentation. Hope you like all our upcoming content too. 🙏🏼
Mesmerised by your performance.
Was waiting for your reaction. Really pleased that you could actually catch the vibe of this song. Visually this song is amazing, but when you close your eyes, the real magic starts.
Thanks for taking all the effort to react to this song.
This is a rabindra sangeeth. Tagore wrote this and gave his surr as well. Bengali culture is the richest of them all.
In my opinion, this is the best arrangement ever in all Coke Studio combined.
Hey, did you know that Arnob has a cover of this song. Interestingly, he, himself, recommended that in your reaction of “ Nodir Kul Nai”. You should definitely give it an ear. It’s not everyday that you don’t get a song recommendation from Arnob
FYI they have already given a reaction on Nodir Kul...
@@faimshahriarshadhin3400she meant Arnob recommended his older version of "anondodhara" (where Idris also played) in the nodir kul reaction video. 😂 It's not that hard to read.
@@chemysterious5333 damn I only read the part "Nodir Kul Nai" , You should definitely give it an ear 😂😂 ... that's definitely NOT THAT HARD TO READ unless someone doesn't read it properly ...but yeah we should certainly practice being respectful towards people and while selecting words for them...
@@faimshahriarshadhin3400 thank you for the information. I know that. And I also know that you misread the comment( as you mentioned in other reply), so it’s okay.
@@chemysterious5333 thank you for your support there. As he said, he probably didn’t read the whole thing, but now that you have pointed out, so he accepted that he misread it. So, i guess everything works out.
Infinit goosebump turned to tear.... the composition is so spiritual that it uplifts you to the peak and let you connect to the universe.... what a finishing !
And this review is one of your best ever...
Such a great duo 🖤🖤
I got goosebumps to hear this Tagore song by these two very eminent singer from Bangladesh,,,,Both Bappa and Aditi Mohsin are true gems in our bangla music,,, thank you for reacting on this song...
Arnob has treaded onto shaky ground with this - creating Rabindrasangeet fusion. But he has literally hit it out of the park! Such subtlety and it never seemed like a forced attempt. It almost felt to me as though the arrangement was meant for this number. The great man himself, Rabindranath Tagore would’ve approved!
Bappa da's golden voice with the harmony of the choir in the background is audio GOLD. Beyond beautiful, and I absolutely love how Arnob has arranged this. Someone said Coke Studio Bangla had a stronger season than Coke Studio this year. I am inclined to agree
You guys are doing a great job❤❤ A reaction channel should mention which things didn't work for it. If someone says you are criticising, so be it. Please don't pay attention to the negative feedbacks. There are some channels which only keep on praising. They feel so fake.
Thank you so much for your support!
I recommended this song twice before to you guys, you should have taken me seriously! 😂 this is my all time favorite robindro shongit! ❤ now imagine this song in Arnob's voice, well u don't have to imagine, you could actually listen to it in his voice, yeah! That is still my favorite version of this song! The scale goes crazyy in Arnob's version, in a good way! Give it a listen if u don't wanna miss out!
Coke Studio Bangla is releasing heart touching songs one by one.I am big fan both of you.Your reacting is my won country’s power of Bangladesh. Thanks a lot for the doing good job & introducing Bangla all over the world....
This song is healing.. not a song but more like a medicine..
Salute to arnob and the team. Never thought electric goes with Rabindra shongit. But they nailed it as the best deliveries the earth has ever produced
Learning a lot about music from this channel. Grateful.
Happy to hear that! 😁
Maturity when you understand the meaning of the song .. one of the great creation of Robi thakur ❤
This is the actual Bangla music was
Always read the comments of every review thoroughly....learned lots of things about music! History ,techniques behind every songs...
What ever you do it is fantastic...go ahead...

You guys are so spot on with the insights 🔥👌🏻
Bappa band nane dolchut.... One of the loving band in Bangladesh..this song written by nevel winner poet Rabindranath tagore currently birth place Kolkata India....
keep it up bro I just love this types of songs love from BD ❤
Good to see both of you. Was missing your thoughts and perspectives. I also completely agree on the comment Harris Bhai has made on analyzing songs. We need to listen to different perspectives and that will create a better world in course of time. Maybe some of us dont have proper understanding or knowledge but these songs are made for us and made for the public so they have a right to comment on these.
This song is an amazing version and I also agree with Hammad Bhai that 2nd season grows on you as you continue to listen.
Please do revisit some songs as it will be interesting to listen. Thanking you for promoting Bangla music to a lot of viewers. We really appreciate your efforts.
Good to see your comment Raffee bhai!
@@LetsTalkAboutIt-Reactions Thank you, Really appreciate your efforts
This is a wonderfully creative musical arrangement, a rich and harmonious ensemble of traditional and modern musical instruments, played with sober excellence and sung wonderfully truly in the classic style of Tagore songs (রবীন্দ্র সংগীত), and yet, in a variation of a duet with a core.
(I felt specially rewarded by this beautiful present from CSB, as I had been hoping -- since the expiry of copy rights of বিশ্ব ভারতী on Tagore songs several years ago -- for new creative musical arrangements to appear, inspired by this great genre of Bangla songs.)
The poet is meditating/perceiving/experiencing a fountain stream of joy (''anandodhara'') flowing through the universe, we may tune to it, enrich ourselves, rise above our unavoidable daily sorrows and pains, experience a glimpse of that universal happiness or joy that is inherently there everywhere, flowing!
Thank you brothers love somuch
I must say Arnob's work is kind of underappreciated in the bd. It's easy to make hit songs with millions views with catchy and massy lyrics and music arrangement but truly fusing and experimenting different genres of music should be highly applauded. Once Arnob leaves coke studio Bangla, we will see the downfall and may be then people will appreciate his work a bit more.
Is Arnob leaving CSB??
@@hakunamatata3935I am not so sure but he won't be leading csb forever. I already see so much criticism for Arnob, for example csb is basically Arnob and friends and family blah blah. People just don't have minimum idea what a house band is and how these type of shows are made.
@@chemysterious5333 let's hope he ignores the criticism and stays.
@@chemysterious5333At last someone said it! So true. What a magician he is... Thanks for admitting it. ❤
lovely analysis!thank you,Bappa da has so beautiful melodious, classical voice.love him from my heart!
Love from Bangladesh ♥️♥️🇧🇩
Please listen renowned rabindrasangeet artist like Rezwana bonya chowdhury, Srikanto Acharya, Shraboni sen, Saagar sen.

Arnob has long ties with this particular track Anondodhara. Before the coke studio version there was this one. A masterpiece. Yes the fusion is great and I loved every second of it. But you should listen to this one to get awestruck by Arnobs artistry.
Vai world tour 2008/2009 maybe.. england e live version ache..sedin re discover hoilo annondodhara
Maybe off topic, please listen to Yogi by Murshidabadi . I am waiting for your review on that one. I am sure you will love it
Arnob's unplugged version of 'Anondodhara' song of Robitagoor is best to me.
Coke studio bangla doing great experiments 🇧🇩 with music 🎶 🎵 especially natural elements using in songs create great music 🔥🐅
গানটা অসাধারণ ❤❤🇧🇩🇧🇩
Pls make a reaction video of "moner jore cholche re gari" by Habib wahid from the movie Chandragrahan....pls

Khub wait korchilam😊
I personally love the visuals, feels like it complements the song too. Either way, love your observations on these songs.
We may not be experts on music but we all feel the profound impact of music.
Regarding the difference between season 1 and season 2, season 1 feels a lot more safe, they're more marketable for everyone, a testing ground for the market. Season 2 is where Arnob's become more bold about the experimentation. Arnob himself has said he wanted to do a lot more in season 1 but he couldn't so he saved the choir and other elements for season 2.
Proud to be a Bangladeshi❤❤
You keep doing your job, you both are awesome
Thanks 🙏🏼
I enjoy your reaction, guys.
Arnob has another version of Anondhara by his voice. Plz react on it . Take love 😍
We have listened to that track too 🙂 Hopefully we will review it too someday!
Big fan of your reviews
Glad you like them!
Big fan
Man, listen to Bonnya's (Rezwana Chowdhury) version. Aditi Mahsin is good, but Rezwana is the empress of Tagore song. the clarity, the modulation, the sound- everything's on a different level.
ua-cam.com/video/rza_ma7hlu4/v-deo.html
Please just ignore them who told negative words. Some of us also just waiting for your reaction
Please try to understand the meaning of the lyrics! It's related to Universalism is one of the main pillars of Rabindric philosophy, the very essence of what was taken from the "Ananda" concept of Vedic philosophy!
I just want to talk about the video arrangements. As the song is about happiness and bliss, it ties to self realisation and enlightenment... its a song that explains your reality when you are enlightened... the elements of Creation, like fire, water, sound etc are portraited beautifully in the video.. also the back screen showed the symbols of different Chakras (energy centres) that represents the spiritual development of a human being. The song starts with singing bowl, and ends the same way, referring to creation and destruction of the universe with the sound ( OM / Word of God)... To be honest this track is so much more than people actually realise it to be... thank you for your opinion as well.. wonderful reaction and review
Beautiful explanation! ❤️
I liked the Arnob's version of this song too much. That is my all time high when I feel low. Especially when he starts to sing "boshia acho keno apon o mone......" it’s get too emotional for me. He did actual justice to that version. I mean other singers emphasize on the grammer and techniques. And mood of the song get lost in the technicality. But he did actual justice to the mood.
I also liked the coke studio version but didn't like the electric drum beat. Vocals are marvelous. Some of the instruments are to the point. But I didn’t like the drum. :(
❤❤❤❤❤❤

Nice
Welcome back. Once Your fellow country administrator intend to stop Bangla music as well as Rabindranath Tagore.
We know you are not a critic, but you both have a very good sense of music. Don't be upset hearing angry comments. Taste may vary sometimes from others.
Rabindra Sangeet means nectar🙏🙏
I have a theory about what you feel about bd male singer.... The classical basenis sharp, bangla language is sharp in the mile but smooth circle in the end ... Even in the end of the word if a alphabet is stronger still it's feels like water drop... Which makes our voice lower and midntone
This duality makes male voice which is already heavy floaty yet close to earth...
I don't know what im saying making any sense... Not good at expressing
That’s pretty well explained though! Thanks a lot 🙂🙏🏼
It's pronounced "Mozumdar or Mojumdar" 💞💞🙏🙏
Please do reaction on DawshomAwbotaar (দশম অবতার)|Official Trailer. Thanks
React gum gum from coke studio also

I prefer season 2 way more than season 1.
Why are you mostly talk about Bengali music? Bangladeshi audience gives you views. What's your background about music? Would love know
it's pronounced Mo-joom-daar
ua-cam.com/video/vKEVCRRbw4U/v-deo.html try this. It's Arnob singing Anondodhara.
