I interpreted the song in two ways: One there's the cocky meaning of other rappers being beneath him and him not bothering to look down at them, but also a kind of humble way, meaning "I don't look down on people who have less than me cause then I might end up back on their level"
Right, but I also think it’s about his struggles with addiction and mental illness in addition to flipping all the haters the bird; he knows if he slows down, if he stops too long and isn’t working and pushing ever forward then he knows he will fall back down into depression and suicidal thoughts.

I think this song is sort of a juxtaposition and slightly ironic. Because even though he's not looking down because of how high he is right now, he's technically looking down on all the rappers by basically saying they'll never be as great as him. Definitely a good song nevertheless in my opinion.
