For the 6 and 9 Markers for Geography, I use mainly the PEEL structure for these questions where I use a point, evidence explain and link. 6 markers: I often try to do 2 or 3 9 Markers: I try to do 3 and finish with a conclusion to get 9/9
This is very useful, I did very similar methods to you when revising for my geography mock and I got an A*. Oh and by using similar revision techniques to you I ended up getting 3 A*s, 1 A, 1 B and a D (that was because I did not revise for that exam)
I’m currently doing geography ocr b and it’s honestly a lot better and easier than usual cause they’ve removed some topics like resource reliance and now I can choose between ecosystems or global hazards you no longer have to do both hopefully I can get a 5 in this exam

Well I’d say start off with practise questions which you can find pretty much anywhere, then past papers you only really have the exam board, but you could if you want more practise, try questions from other exam boards too, it just won’t be as accurate to your exam
For 6 markers with a figure do you have to say “as shown in figure x” because I wrote about groynes that were in the figure because you had to speak about the figure but did not say I got them from the figure
And you still got an 8? That’s impressive, for my geography end of years there was a 6 marker on a case study I hadn’t revised, not even one bit so I made stuff up and waffled and I got 3/6 :/
Hi there nouman, I got quite an annoying issue with revising geography. I do OCR B and there is little, to absolutely no revision resources online as most of them are AQA. I tried asking my teacher for help but I haven’t heard back. I can’t answer exam questions for my life. I need help! 😓
