Many years ago, before I really knew anything about wine, I bought a case of Kat met die Houtbeen 2015 from the winery and put it away in storage. The wine aged absolutely majestically. Sadly had my last few bottles last year; they were beautiful.
Such a great story! Now you gotta go buy a case of his swartskaap. Just drank the 2013s the other day. Superb!
@@handrinkssolowineclub I have one more bottle of Swartskaap from the same time. Also 2015. That's a very treasured wine in our house.
