And factor in what your doing with that capital you still have in your pocket if you lease. If you have $25,000 earning average returns you almost end up making the lease payment with that and at the end of 2 years you have more equity overall.
I think if you have good credit you have low APR buy is better but if you are an immigrant moving in for the first time or have bad credit score, lease might make sense. compute for a higher APR then for zero credit rating unless they don't give lease for those who have no credit rating. I have no experience on this just thinking
I just lease my car and get a new one every year so far I love my Bugatti!!! 🍾 🥂 🎉
I like your financial logic and explained and emphasized your key points very well
Thank you so much for the wisdom 💜It’s great hearing financial speak come from someone as down to earth as Mikey Taylor

imagine paying a mortgage payment for a prius. nobody is financing that for only 3 years. it's more likely to be a 6 year loan
Do you guys do any sort of mentoring or financial advising?
Never put money down on a lease

I've heard that you're not supposed to put anything down on a lease. Is a down payment optional?
Why is the buyback=resale on the lease side much lower?
2022 is a completely different ballgame. This video is totally irrelevant because it doesn't address 2022.
