Bassin' a New Lake: Worth the 2 Hour Drive?

Bro wanted to try a new lake which allegedly holds some monster bass. I was not overly impressed but do see some potential here. I would like to go back and try it again at a different time of year. I'm just not overly anxious to drive 2 hours each way based on todays results. And yes, once again, the weather turned south fast, welcome to New England.

I find it supremely ironic your brother accuses you of over reacting with "oooffff" on every hook set, on the very hook set you didn't. Yet, he is the one that has a history of demanding "get the net" or "it's a tub" or my favorite "paddle just paddle!!" for a high percentage of hooksets, "dink" or not. To your brother, do you not posess any self awareness?
