Another excellent reflection: the pieces on your Substack have been a joy to read. I agree that the eucharist only makes sense in an A/B-ontology, as does the Trinity, and that it is a revelation against A/A. I also really like your point that an A/B-ontology like Communal Ontology is necessary if we are to encounter infinity, for otherwise we cannot "count to infinity," per se (if infinity doesn't dwell "with" us, it is unknowable). Well done, as always!

Hey, Christos has risen! From what books did you articulate and subtract those ideas?

So what remains of the law of identity? Do we try to live without it, or do we accept it as an earthly necessity, a kind of epistemic necessary evil? Or is it merely only Transcended for us in the case of the Eucharist? ... As you point out in this video, this transubstantiation is not in fact limited to the Eucharist; we ourselves are instances of this in our personhood. But can't something similar to be said to apply to all living things in general through the miracle of reproduction?

@@telosbound Thanks very much for the reply, and the opportunity to learn a bit about Florensky for the first time. Remarkable. Bookmarking him for when I return to this fascinating topic. Peace be with you!

There are two examples of Eucharistic Miracles that come to mind. One in Buenos Aires in 2002 the other in Sokotka, Poland in 2009. What's amazing here in these miracles is both eucharists were examined by unknowing scientists. Here's the results. The fleshy bloody hosts were found to be part of the heart. The part of the heart that fed the heart, the Myocardium.. The scientists said in both instances that this person, whoever it was, had been under great physical strain and torture. 📖And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed it, broke it, and gave it to his disciples and said, "Take andeat; this is my body." (Mat 26:26) ⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪
📖Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them saying, "Drink from it all of you." (Mat 26:27)🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷
