Today I am going to modify Bajaj Pulsar 220 Exhaust Sound. This modification is different than others, many people only remove DB killer of exhaust. But removing the DB killer is not enough. I am going to do show you how to modify the pulsar 220 silencer in full detail. Awesome exhaust sound of pulsar 220 after modified. Guys, today we have modified 220 exhaust. how about you remove the whole catalytic converter with still stock canister on it? could u make another video for that?

hmmmm sounds better.. heres what we call "kalkal pipe" here in Philippines, means: modified exhaust, by removing dividers inside the canister which reduces noise, then welding a tube with multiple holes on it and then putting generous amount of carbon fiber inside..and voila, sounds like bigbike, not some KTM's "Lata"(fart can) sounds..
after several modifications were goin to tune the carburetor by adjusting more fuel.
