The Dark Island

A look at the west coast of Scotland. The tunes are The Dark Island and the Iona Boat Song, the latter supposedly sung by the monks as they rowed the boat carrying the body of a dead Scottish king to the island of Iona for burial. The Forth Bridges Dance Band have Iain on button key accordion playing the introduction for Rhona's fine rendition of the Dark Island.
