White cement use kro aur pani itna cement me itna hi daali ki Baloon ka andar cement ka mixture bharne ke baad wo jyada geela na ho aur na hi jyada ghaada,
Fevicol ka bhi istemal karo mixture me...
Aur dry hone ke baad halke haath se balloon top par cut krke phir dobara mixture daalo aur rolling kro
