    Guys I hear a lot of you complaining about her not mentioning price!!! there is a link to their website below and on this one she even lists specs on this unit. there u will find the prices! Geez!!! come on!!, , PJ does a fantastic job at demonstrating and informing the viewer of the units she is presenting. Great job as usual PJ!!!.

    I' ve had a lot of folding trailers and caravans in UK over the years - by far this is the best I've ever seen - - love the design that looks easily maintained and very water tight - angled roof/overlapping lips etc - - nice clean secure fittings - strong shape - simple but clever stuff me thinks - -love it -

    A-frame campers are great. EASY to tow. Rides smooth with independent Torsion spring suspension. Fast set up in less than a minute. 6 gallon Hot water tank. Microwave. 3 way powered fridge. Heated full size bed. Furnace and heat pump with a.c. fiberglass hard sides and much more. I bought a 2013 rockwood A122 hard side a-frame and it never leaks and I live in the Pacific northwest!

    The great thing about this unit, as the lady explained, is the discrete slide-out that contains the full sized jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, porcelain toilet and twin washbasins in addition to the side-by side washer/dryer combo. Having the full sized electric dishwasher in that kitchen is great as well. Nice presentation and it looks like Princess Craft provides a great value proposition here.

    The problem with trailer tents is that you have a short trailer that can make parking and reversing a pain, and then unlike a caravan you have to mess about at the other end putting it up. Then like a tent when you fold it back up it will often be wet on the outside, have condensation on the inside and so when you get back home you have to put it back up again (if the weather allows) to air and dry it.
    I can imagine quite a few are opened at the start of a new season with the damp having had a great time eating the inside. Trailer tends appear to be the wonderful solution to a problem no one has.. They do make a great spectator sport, watching people struggle with them for hours, for that reason I'm all for them.

    The interior colors have really improved. The interior is luminous. I find it a very attractive camper for people who want to spend less and still be confortable. But I still worry about water leakage in an Aliner since road bumps can bend the folding parts of the roof over time. Perhaps they fixed those problems with the profile extrusions.

    I really wish Aliner would make the frames stiffer and more robust. They are not really that great. Going up in size on the main support beams and crossmembers would greatly improve ridgity of the unit, and prevent bending of the frame. Wouldn't add that much in weight. But would make a better product. Anyone who has owned one can tell you that the frames are weak, thus the gaps it develops on the door frame. Just my thoughts, on what they could improve on. Other than that, great units. If they fix that issue, I would buy one again, probably the 15 ranger. The 12 ranger felt small with 2 dogs and the wife. Lol

      @@jimmyjames8037 they should have done a better job. Still too weak in my mind. I have a 2012, and had to get it stiffened up as the frame was bowing and causing the door not to sit right in the closed position. That was straight from the dealership, it came like that. Main frame (length ways) should be 5" by 3", or 6"x3" minimum in my opinion. Would get rid of door issues and frame bowing.

    My parents have an A-Liner, they are crap. Too small, restricted head room on either end due to the roof angle, feels like you’re in a coffin because of being in a confined space, lack of windows that can open and their small size prevent good air flow so it easily gets hot inside, you’ll always have to have the vent fan running or the AC on.
    It’s a unique style of camper being an A frame, but don’t let the novelty of that fool you, it’s not a good camper.

The the dormer on the end with the tongue a toilet with a corner walk in shower. One hand pulled slide out for the kitchen stuff breakfast nook then door to other A liner. Behind door is the bedroom with a dormer with a toilet with fantastic fan. Modular A liner's. 😊👍

On both trailers you didn't show where the propane hookup is located for the tanks. You also didn't mention if the campers are equipped with trailer breaks.

Stuff was falling off or letting loose everywhere. You're better off building your own with quality materials for half the price. • @PrincessCraft
      @PrincessCraft  3 роки тому

      These small and light campers are leveled side-to-side by driving the low-side tire onto a ramped leveling block/kit, and the they are leveled front-to-back using the trailer's tongue jack. After that, they are stabilized using the stabilizing jacks that are at the corners of the frame.

    Here's a suggestion. Rip out the dinette and put in a dormer instead that allows enough space for a shower / toilet combo. Keep the sofa / bed and build in some airplane style tray tables for eating. Why can't anyone in the industry figure this out? Make a comfortable trailer for the solo camper with a cozy twin bed instead of a queen size monstrosity and free up even more room. Make it feel like an Airstream 16ft Bambi on the inside and then you'll have something.

      Nearly. The walls are about 1.5" to 2" thick.

      I have a 1989 Aliner, I lived(survived) in it for 4 months back in 2008. They are quite comfy if you dont mind roughing it a bit. I showered out of a bucket of river water :) I also spent a few weeks in it in winter(NY) and the heater kept it warm, didnt use the water due to freezing temps. I still have it but it has some water damage now from sitting for too long, definitely cant afford a new one.✌

    Can you put a kayak on the camper when it’s folded?

    • @PrincessCraft
      @PrincessCraft  2 роки тому

      If it's possible, it'd need to be on the top-most roof section. We haven't attempted mounting a kayak holder to the roof of an Aliner in our service shop, so we can't speak to the feasibility of such a project.

      Some have toilets and showers. I am thinking of buying a 19 ft. Forest river Flagstaff. It bigger has a micro stove oven
      Shower and tub. It used in new condition and they want 8800.00 I thought that was high but 20,000.00 people need there head checked. The dont have a grey or black tank so it's very limited. That's what is holding me back.

    hello I love this small thing . like a toy. I am wondering about the out side shower in the princes 12 ? does it also have the same hook up for a shower and what you also s do they look light and the size of the tanks? you also did not mention the price or the weight of pulling and the weight of the trailer. I hate bath room toilets and what about composting option. Also do the doors have a screen?

      For that price you can have a SCAMP with everything a fold down trailer doesn’t...shower, toilet, awning, and much more space...
