1986-88 20" Granadacolour C51EZ4 (Salora 20L30) Teletext

Recent addition to the showroom, came from a house clearance, possibly an ex Granada employee. Poorly stored over the past 30+ years in a damp garage. The cabinet needed recovering and there was a Teletext fault that would not allow the set to sync. Removing the Teletext board resulted in the fault going. Teletext chipset were in sockets, these were all removed and the chips soldered directly to the board. Fault cured and Teletext functions correctly. A nice example of a mid to late 80s Salora.

Covered many plastic cabinet GEC 2110 chassis sets in the 80s with fablon. Nice job.
