Obviously the person reading your script hasn’t seen the movie, because they insist on mispronouncing the lead character’s name repeatedly….God, your videos suck.
Yeah for real. The first time I tried to watch it I was working so I really wasnt paying attention. Then I started it over loved all the story telling. Definitely a different type of movie.
It’s pretty cool. Pretty rad. Fun & I allowed myself to get immersed into the situation. Made me actually care about the characters and such. I Didn’t really even have to try. I love when films can do that! They just suck you in.
I don't know if it was mentioned...but did anyone notice the djinn sounded a lot like the weird guy in the long coat with the pink collar. He even walked funny like him. It was after he turned to dust and she wished for him to speak...I think she was tricked.
So many Mad Max references in this review….when the movie had plenty of mystery in itself. I thought the same thing as you….he sounded exactly like the guy in the long coat. I believe they are one and the same.
12:50, 2 different Solomons! The one wooing Queen of Sheba is the Biblical King Solomon (Shlomoh Hamelekh). The one mentioned later is the Ottoman Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent (Suleyman Muhteṣem).
I've been to the Pera Palace hotel and seen the room where Agatha Christie stayed, but they must have renovated because the hotel was like stepping into a stunning 1930s movie. I know the stories about the Djinn. I thought the true story of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba was better than that portrayed in the movie, but the movie version was still fabulous. Maybe the true story is another film for another day. I thought the movie crew did a good job.
I liked the movie...George Miller is a great director... Hope to see more like this... Mad Max movies were great grew up watching them but now that I am older I feel them to be to violent... The music in this movie was also great... It was said that King Solomon had an army of Djinn that fought for him alongside his elite armed forces... Army of the Djinn might be an interesting sequel but again I feel it would be to violent... More peaceful stories of the Djinn would be something that i would enjoy... ☮🔥🧞♂

Did you miss any of these details? How would you rate this movie?
0/10, literally one of the most dull movies I’ve ever watched
Audio is missing 🤔

Really well put. George Miller has been touching hearts forever. The man is a real blessing.
The movie felt like “The life of Pi”
I completely agree with you! It was such a testament to beautiful dialogue. I loved the very feminine POV. I LOVED THIS STORY!
Haven’t seen this movie but it looks awesome.
Tilda Swinton and Idris Elba are absolute legends.
They truly are legends! And for them to be together in a movie is an absolute joy to watch😍

Same here. Very good movie in my opinion.

The one mentioned later is the Ottoman Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent (Suleyman Muhteṣem).
Loved this movie! I have watched it several times and discover new things every time.
OMG. Thank you for covering this movie at all. It was fantastic. I hope more people see it now.
Ending was eh but the stories about the djinn were amazing.
Unnamed premium woman? That's Horem! She's famous and was a real person
Really suggestive at times. She sat on his lap with his snake between her legs and ended up covered in white.
Interesting video comrade. I love finding out facts and secrets about films and this one helped a lot when I was reviewing the film,
It points to the picture of the eye, but what is the symbolism of the two images of the eyes on the wall?

I was underwhelmed by the ending.
The first half was cool though

Why does it say 25 things you missed and only list 20?
You cannot disrespect Tilda Swinten and Edrez Elba by saying “marvel movies”

The only thing I missed from this movie is the time I wasted watching it.
Yea. This movie didn’t look good according to the trailer
@@angryb0325 judging a movie by its trailer when other people are saying how good it is, hmm
Then, don't watch it. Not all movies are for everyone.
