I’m crying happy tears those guys are my childhood icons !! I remember in 2006 when I skipped all the rides at the Texas state fair when I was 5 with my family just to see them and I had to stand on a stroller to see them. Years later I got to see them at the cowboys stadium then finally got to see them up close in 2019. I will never forget the moment Kevin grabbed his chest near his heart nodded his head and told me thank you so much. All I said was “ Kevin we love you too! You’re doing amazing!”

On the Hollywood Walk of Fame, anyone can have a star. Permission is only requested from the City Council, US$30,000 is paid and they organize the event and the beneficiary must be in charge of calling the press. But it will only be there for a maximum of 2 years, then the place will go to the next person who pays, it is replaced. It's only a block away and if they really gave true stars a star it wouldn't hit the spot. They did it because they had to get attention for their next tour in a long time. It's a gift car.
Don't they have to be nominated and approved by the HW of F Committee based on career success though? If it was that easy you'd have lots of rich people with stars that have zero fame. Hell, if it's that easy I might get one with my pension fund. Also according to HWOF the stars are permanent, the fee is $50,000 for installation and maintenance. The 2 year period isn't how long the star is there lol, that's how long the nominee application can exist before the celebrity must commit to having a star otherwise the opportunity passes to another nominee.
