I don't feel bad for him in the sense that its ultimately up to him what he does, but the man clearly lacks understanding of boundaries, self respect, having a presence/energy, and overall how assertive he comes off which makes him to be a pushover. I know he will realize he is holding himself back, but for now his constant anxiety and not knowing when to add his input and experience into the convos really bleeds through this video.
