- Join me as I fly from Frankfurt to New York , flying with Lufthansa on their A340-300 , D-AIGT, Flying in Premium economy, I was sat in seat 10K, overall I was very impressed with the service, inflight service and the aircraft.

Outstanding trip report! What i really loved: great STEADY camwork..no nervous ups, downs, lefts, rights...well done. Most of the scenes i would have preferred to be maybe 3-4 secs longer, and the cuts sharper. But this epic take off with those engine sounds was priceless..big thank you. I also loved the lack of often stupid youtube music. Yet, some more written comments on your experience would have been welcome.

I can definitely add some written comments’ I always think about doing it but when it comes to editing I always forget

Excellent trip report but there was another option for you back to the United States. You actually take the Lufthansa flight to Newark LH402 which is on a more fuel efficient B747-8
Thank you !! Yes I think they fly -400 form Newark ? Not sure why I went got the -8 I think I it was probably because I never flew it before or it was much cheaper
@@airsideelliot Not the case since 2012-2015 it's the B747-8 with rotation of A330-300 A340-600 B787-9 as neeeded

1. Halfway through the flight is a bit late to be reading the safety card. (An aside: I once snagged an upgrade to an exit row seat because the captain, doing a walkthrough before takeoff, noticed no one had booked the exit row on one side, saw that I was the only passenger actually reading the safety information, and asked "Would you be comfortable moving to the exit row?")
2. Excellent quality video from a technical standpoint but it was lacking any commentary. I would like to have seen your assessment of the legroom, seat comfort, meal service and overall experience, i.e. an actual review.
Do you need buy snacks when not a meal service? 😢 Lufthansa has gone down on standard I see. Hopefully you still can go in the galleys and its sweet and salty snacks, soft drinks etc all the time complimentary.
