What size would you recommend for a 5’7 guy? Should i get M or L? Also what number does that equate to?

I mean I'm 5'10" and wear size small pants, I'd say which size you go with has more to do with your waist size than height. Anyway, I got a size 1 (roughly equates to a Small) and it fits me well.
