I went from 86 to 69kg and this was my routine
I'll simplify thoda aur if you can't control yourself, basically agar aapki cravings hatt se zyada haina uska bhi ilaaj hai. If you want to loose weight and be overall healthy to first of all workout is important. Ik shub is saying ke 70 percent is your diet but that's for bodybuilding. Yeh same weightloss ke liye apply zaroori nhi hai ke ho.
1) working out is imp if you want to live an overall healthy life, it doesnt matter if you go to the gym or you workout at home but thodi strength and weight training is imp. You can simply start with knee pushups if you don't know anything
2) now for food, just eat simple home cooked food. Dekho bahar ka band karna padega but you can eat those things by cooking them fresh by yourself. Example agar momos pasand hai then just make them at home with wheat instead of maida and add some paneer for protien. Also when you realise ke khaana banana itna hard hai tumhari craving usse bhi kam ho jaegi. Just eat whatever ghar par banta hai but never eat till the top. Breakfast me thoda heavy chalega lunch acha khaasa heavy kro and dinner should be very light.
3) if you follow the above two steps then you're 50 percent done. The last step is to eat at the right time. Dekho agar tum Ghar ka khaana bhi khaa rhe ho but tum late night khaa rhe ho then weight gain hoga. Simple batata hoon humari body isn't designed to digest food after sunset so try to eat your meals max to max till 7 30.
This is all you need to know, i went from 86 to 68kgs

2) main ghr me hi rhte and mere ghrwale is like avoid nhi krne dete ! Voh khte hain diet krne se khuch nhi hoga agr main bhar ka khuch ayo hon voh nhi khata to sabko khdete main diet pe hun 😢or sab mujhe tane deta
3) bhai kya khau yeh btado vese jo easily kha saku or ghrwalo ko pta na chale main diet pe hun
Like morning me option to bs yhi hote - paratha ho gye kisi cheej ke (paratha lete to malai chahiye mujhe ) btw malai weight gain krti hain mene sune hain unhealthy hoti malai but uske Bina nhi khaya jata )

I think this video is much better than other videos on weight loss journeys because I can actually relate to what you said. Being a foodie, snacking, thinking that food is life, failing so many times but finally achieving your desired goal-this whole experience is far better than any video with just tips. As a guy who is into fitness, I was so happy when BBS said "Calorie deficit" and not some other BS. But he lost a lot of weight and built muscles so it was obvious that he knew his shit. Still, it isn't easy to be honest (too many liars in fitness industry who try to sell you sh!t). And as BBS said, "it's simple". All advice in this video was really good imo. He also motivated me somehow lol.

Including myself, a lot of people I've seen struggling with things you mentioned. Doing weight loss in Indian household is incredibly hard. Thank you for making positive content this platform needs.
To everyone who needs to hear this: YOU CAN DO IT. People heavier than you HAVE done it. If they can do it, then it is nothing. There are better things to engage with than food. I am a 17 yr old, was 73 kg around 10 days ago. I've started a very strict and hardcore journey of weight loss and bringing my thul-thul body into shape. Researched a lot. Things around me changed. I'm already at 69.5 kg and now BBS uploads this. Feels like my favourite creator has now joined me on this journey, patting my back all the time. Been watching you since 2018 brother.
