    Now makes my left earbud to work independently to use a battery evenly in pattern right, left, right, left… I don’t accept that’s left bud must connect with right one in order to work! Please help to make them working independently or make possibility to swap left is right and right is left (yeah right)…

    I would highly recommend that anyone considering high end earphones or headphones look at just about any other brand out there. I have both the E8 and H9. The E8 worked for literally one day and I have spent over a month trying to get a response from the company. Wasted $400. The H9 is mediocre at best. They get deafening feedback whenever anything comes close to the outside of the cone and the volume is way lower than my beats or even cheap skull candy headphones.
    I figured I would be getting a premium product based on the price and I was wrong.
    Buyer beware!

      exactly. total shit product. Used it just one day, couldn't pair them with phone. After one month of waranty repair got them back, used it one week. it doesn't work again. Never seen shit like that

    Is it possible to switch off the earphones after using just by taping ? I mean not by putting into the charging case or putting away for 15 minutes? Regards

      We recommend you to always store your E8 Sport in the charging case when you are not using them. This is also the best method to turn them off as there is no option to turn them off via the touch controls.

    My right ear bud doesn’t work, customer support gave me a couple of things to do but they’d only email me the instructions. Turns out they’re a complete waste of money.

    If the charging box is flashing green, with the headphones inside it, does it mean that both the headphones and the box are 100% charged? It must be said that the box flashes green while it is still connected to the charging cable

      Hi there,
      we will be happy to answer your question regarding the LED light on your charging case.
      When the LED light flashes green while the charging case is connected to a charger and both earphones are inside, the earbuds are fully charged but the charging case is still being charged.
      Once the LED turned solid green, both earphones and charging case are fully charged.

    I don't know why but mine turned to surrounding noises, and suddenly whatever I am listening would turned into noises around me...any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thank you

    help me there used to work my both right and left earphones when i bought i remembered that the left works but not the right after used for couple of weeks both of them work now right beoplay work but not the left what should i do

    They do not connect via app. However from the "innstillinger" meny from my applephone.. No sound configuration tho

    got the Beo8 sport on edition but the right headphone will not connect i see 2 beo devices le-e8 sport and le-e8 sport_L the one with the L can connect and works but i cannot connect to the right

    B&O products are good but after sales service is very poor. Since 5 months I have been following up with B&O to repair my device which is under warranty but so far they haven’t provided any solution and from last 25 days they are ignoring my emails. Think before you buy their expensive products.

    Son horribles!!!! Dificultad para enlazar,dificultad para escuchar,dificultad cuando están separados más de 14 cm uno del otro,si no tienes el auricular derecho no se escucha el izquierdo,problemas desde el segundo mes,el auricular derecho no se escucha.
    Muy mal no malgasteis vuestro dinero. Hablan mucho el servicio técnico pero no solucionan nada
