YESSS thank you dear Psyche, Dusty Springfield is another of my favourite artists. I still can’t believe she isn’t with us anymore. I remember seeing interviews from the time and Dusty was unsure about recording after a few not so good albums and singles, when she finally agreed she asked them “what do you want me to sound like, and the PSB answered “like Dusty Springfield” 🤣🤣 also the PSB said it was a nightmare recording with Dusty as she recorded in such a strange way that it took hours to lay her vocals. Was worth the time for me haha. I LOVE Dusty’s ad-lib at the end, “we don’t have to fall apart we don’t have to fight, we don’t need to go to hell an back every night”. Dusty was such a talent. Thanks to the PSB for bringing Dusty back to life and updating her sound. The album they done for her “Reputation” is AMAZING.
