Hi all...see you again on mama kiel's kitchen youtube channel... in this video mama makes BUKO PANDAN dessert from the Philippines which is delicious, fresh and creamy.
ingredients:
- 100 gr pearl sago (if you don't want to be complicated, you can skip it)
- 1 young coconut (separate the meat and water)
- 1 pack of green agar powder (cook with young coconut water)
- nata de coco to taste (discard the water)
- 1 can of evaporated milk ** can be replaced with liquid whip cream but not with anything else because it will change the taste
- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
- grated cheese to taste (can be skipped)
- pandan paste to taste
