Are We Going to Enjoy the New Mythic+ Affixes?

✨ New affixes for Mythic+ have just been announced for Season 1 in The War Within in a huge blue post by Blizzard:

There are some really good news in there but the more you read, the more you start thinking about the way everything is going to play out next expansion and it doesn't sound that lucrative at that point.
