Even in India the political class from 1947 has been 3rd class.
The biggest strength of India is its large educated middle class which creates a civil society which can take on the powers that be.
Pakistan lacks this educated middle class which can keep the ruling elite on their toes.

100 % Correct. My Middle Class Hindu Indian Grandpa went to USA in 1960s for PHD at an Ivy League University, and Became a Assistant Professor of Economics in that University Itself Too. But his Father ( my great grandfather ) called him back to India, and like a Good son he Obliged.
Later My Grandfather also Served in Planning Commission and Other Economic Planning Teams of India and Advised Several Top Politicians and Ministers of Our Country. Now Most of my Family are Software Engineers and Millionaires in USA though i'm still in India Working at a Company Exporting Services to EMEA
My Grandpa Could have easily Earned Millions in USA, ( Though he even built several properties in Delhi, purely through hard work and savings ) But he chose to listen to his Father who was a Freedom Fighter Against the British.
Also My Grandfather got a Full Scholarship for his Phd. and he Completed it in just 1.5 Years which is like Absolutely Insane. All he would do is study and read and get better at his craft 24/7 .
Such a Good Man, I Miss Him Sometimes.
All my Cousins also went to Ivy Leagues, Stanford MIT etc.
I studied in India from a Decent College ( Not the Best, But not Bad Either )
Now i make Around 15 Lakh/ Year, which is much less than what my Sibling makes in USA ( $150k )
Or what my cousins make in USA ( Between $400k to $3 Million Per Year )
But i'm Content, Life is Great, And its a Blessing to be Born in India and in our Culture and in a Family That Valued Education the Most.

India's political class after independence in 1947 were highly educated in law, medicine and engineering.
The focuses more on the general state of education in India at the time of independence and the efforts to reform and expand the education system in the post-independence period.
At the time of independence in 1947, India faced significant challenges in education, with low literacy rates, lack of access to schools, and an education system that was still largely based on the colonial model.
The Indian government made efforts to reform and expand the education system after independence, including establishing commissions to recommend reforms, implementing five-year plans to improve access and quality, and creating new educational institutions and programs.
The focus were more on the broader challenges and reforms in the education system as a whole.
Major education commissions and policies were introduced, such as the Kothari Commission (1964-66) and the National Education Policies of 1968 and 1986, which aimed to create a more uniform and forward-looking education system.
The education system shifted from the colonial model focused on producing clerks and administrators, to one emphasizing holistic development, self-reliance, and the preservation of Indian culture.
There was an increased focus on technical, scientific, and vocational education to support India's economic and industrial development.
Regional languages were promoted for instruction, alongside the continued importance of English, especially in higher education and certain professions.
The Indian Constitution enshrined the right to free and compulsory education for children aged 6-14, and the government implemented reservation policies to improve access for marginalized communities.
India's education system underwent significant expansion, reform, and a shift in focus after independence, as the government worked to improve access, equity, and the quality of education across the country.

Actually what worked out for India in the end we're the stability that was granted to it's institutions .... Every time a fauji comes to power in Pakistan the first thing he does is disable all the institutions, paralyze the bureaucracy and install faujis to run everything ....needless to say the golf playing idiots do nothing but to destroy the institution and engage is unquestionable corruption, that cannot be challenged in any court of law. The institutions and arguably man Mohan sing was the real difference.

However, his approach often involves distorting historical narratives to suit his agenda, which has drawn criticism. He is anti-Islam due to his stance on certain issues. Despite this, Pakistan, a country with immense potential, requires political and economic stability to progress. With stability returning, there's optimism for Pakistan's future growth and development.

The political class in every country by 2nd,3rd Generation becomes crap...It is only the institutions which are key - that produce the educated, liberal middle class than can hold the political class accountable and because of this fear the political class corrects itself and makes better policies.....
Mr Quaid E Azam and Muslim league did not create good institutions and institutional precedents.
Also, once institutions are created, it needs to be nurtured, maintained, updated, repaired etc. otherwise they start eroding. This is happening in USA, India, Europe etc. Pakistan does not even have those institutions to begin with.

Fatima Jinnah, the sister of Pakistan's founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was poisoned by the military establishment.
While there are allegations made by Altaf Hussain regarding the military's involvement in Jinnah's death.
Fatima Jinnah participated in the 1965 presidential election against President Ayub Khan, but lost despite winning the popular vote.
There were efforts by the government to prevent Fatima Jinnah from being buried next to her brother Muhammad Ali Jinnah, but they eventually allowed it due to the risk of unrest.
The Political situation in Pakistan during Ayub Khan's rule are....
Ayub Khan carried out a military coup in 1958 and established an autocratic regime, banning political parties and disqualifying old politicians. He justified this by claiming the previous parliamentary system was unstable and unsuited to Pakistan's needs.
Ayub Khan's "Basic Democracies" system was designed to centralize power under his administration, giving the civil bureaucracy a role in elections but not empowering individual citizens.
This exacerbated regional disparities and grievances, especially in East Pakistan, leading to the creation of Bangladesh.
Ayub Khan's rule was marked by despotism, nepotism, and suppression of free speech and press.
There were allegations of rigged elections, political murders, and family corruption.
Ayub Khan's policies failed to adequately address the significant economic and political disparities between East and West Pakistan, which ultimately contributed to the secession of East Pakistan as the independent nation of Bangladesh in 1971.
Ayub Khan's alliance with the U.S. and economic development programs benefited some sectors, but also increased inequality and unrest in the country.
Ayub Khan's long military dictatorship was characterized by the centralization of power, suppression of democracy, and failure to address the growing regional and political tensions that eventually led to the breakup of Pakistan.

Great research, well done. You are boldly going where others have feared to tread.
However, calling Feroze Noon a 'popular' PM, is more than a bit of a stretch. Pk's first general elections were only in 1970. Feroze Noon is separately recorded as having stated, that he did not really believe in the PK idea, but the new state would provide good opportunities for his advancement.
Fact is, why India never had an Army chief take over, and Pakistan a whole series of them, is not something as unlucky as Pakistan having a number of politically ambitious chiefs, and India not having a single such. That is a child's explanation. India would have had an Ayub, also, if the independence leadership there had no commitment to democracy, no sense of purpose greater than personal ambition, as was the case, you know, in Pakistan.
What your case is logically leading upto is how the genesis of Pakistan itself was an anti-democratic project which was always going to facilitate elite capture. I can understand if you can't say this for practical reasons.
