Wanted to add I do appreciate how detailed your information is that you share in your pregnancy update vlogs as its totally helping me and many other women out there I am sure be more educated about pregnancy and symptoms and signs of problems to look out for. Also, just knowing a bit more how things are done in the US in terms of handling care of pregnancy problems etc. I am rambling, but anyways hope you keep doing things just the way you are as it helps!
This is exactly what happened to me. I had a massive bleed after sex at 9 weeks and again at 11 weeks, bright red and massive but stopped the same day and just had brown spotting for the days following. Had my 12 week scan today and they found nothing wrong with the baby and said it was probably related to my cervix. Never had bleeding during my pregnancy with my son so it's been so super scary but baby is absolutely fine. Going to get myself a doppler I reckon for those moments of worry
Same, I bled and even passed this rubbery mass (as big as the pad of my thumb) at 5 weeks after sex. I bled for two days. Went to the doctor and they told me it was most probably my cervix lining shed. We had sex again at 11 weeks and I'm currently bleeding. I'm on my second day now. I don't feel feverish or any pain but I'll rest from house cleaning and exercising until the bleeding stops. I'm glad you're doing fine. I will most likely see my mid-wife when I get to twelve weeks. I don’t care, nor did I know about any ER standards. I saw blood, and I went straight to the ER , 3 times. And I say Im not gonna lie, if it happens again, I may do it again if necessary. It terrifies me.

I also, thanks to your early pregnancy videos, downloaded and FELL IN LOVE with the bump app. It and the Ovia pregnancy app are a fun pair and I stayed up til midnight last night just so I could see the new updates!!! Im crazy, I know. My nausea has gone down ALOT but dizziness has started to show up. I get dizzy just laying down on my back!!! My energy is SLOWLY climbing and by slowly I mean at the pace of a crippled snail... But thanks so much for making these videos. I have had to show self control and not watch ahead because I love watching your videos that are relevant to my pregnancy weeks. Cant wait to watch week 13 next friday!!

I went through something very similar (was bleeding, but it seems from your description that it was a lot less blood for me) last week and I was freaking out and devastated because I felt there's something wrong with me and that my baby is in serious danger. Thank God everything seems to be okay now. I'm very grateful you made this video though, I was really looking to hear from someone who went through this too..

OMG i am experiencing the same it’s my third day bleeding stopped. Although they gave me progesterone shot and one more as my blood group is B-. I am feeling light cramps.. and praying 🙏🏻 everything will be fine. I went straight to the emergency and went through the ultrasound baby is fine. But they’re not able to determine the cause of light bleeding. Your video helped a lot Stay blessed thank you soo much for sharing your experience. Prayers to you and your family

That's basically the only symptom I have. Every now & then my lower back gets achy. How about you? How are you feeling present day?
I definitely was afraid of miscarriage the whole trimester with my first. Sadly I am going through a miscarriage with my second right now :( But talking about it on camera definitely helped me let out all my emotions

i just went through this lastnight. i went to the er because i was also havimg blood clots. they said baby is fine and i have a follow up in an hour. this video helped me.
I had this at 19 weeks, they weren't able to find out what the cause was and at my 20 week scan i was diagnosed with an incompetent cervix and I had to get a stich done at 23 weeks and my waters broke the next day, please watch out for pprom as bleeding can cause pprom. Mine was due to either cervical change or my placenta accreta. Good luck

I don't even have sex for the nausea and fatigue don't give me the vibe to.. Still feeling sick, still accumulate saliva and now I have this cold in my throat everytime I swallow I feel it.. I live on ginger sweetie for it helps but trust me I'm praying and fighting to get pass this stage, I pray I don't have to carry this through the entire 9months that's scary and hard... But with all said and done I'm happy my baby growing fine and that you too are doing well.. Thanks for sharing your vlogs trust me they help alot
I just had a similar thing just happen to me on Wednesday, which was my 12 week mark. I was having a heated argument with my partner and all of a sudden I felt warm liquid between come out. I rushed to the toilet and I was bleeding just what you explained happened to you. Except the hospital or doctors haven't actually told me what it was yet which is really annoying. I'm going for an ultrasound on Monday. Just to make sure my baby is Okay. Also on the day it happened, the baby still had a heart beat and was kicking which was such a relief. Hearing that your were fine has put me at ease a little.
Man, when I found out I was pregnant I watched until week 10 and then thought I'd watch more later. I wish I had come back to you sooner as pretty much the exact thing happened to me this week. I was bleeding so much I couldn't imagine that the baby could survive. I don't have a doppler and had to wait two days for the scan and the baby was so active and present. They couldn't confirm exactly but suspected it was a burst vessel or a dislodged clot. I wish I had seen this in the wee small hours when fear and grief overwhelmed me.
I really don’t understand the emergency room rules ... here in Czech Republic I went to emergency room with just light bleeding and they specifically told me to come back with any problem day or night
Craving healthy foods! Sweets make me nauseous.. I’ve lost 7 lbs since I found out I was pregnant but doctor isn’t worried. I go back in a month for lots of blood work/tests. 8 more weeks til we find out the gender. 🤞
Omg, I also had a scare. The day a completed 12 weeks, I was using this medicine that I have to put in with an applicator(?) and when I took of was full of bright red blood. I went to the emergency cause I was freaking out. The doctor examined and said my cervix was "closed" (no idea what that means), and everything was OK. It stop bleeding that same night, I think the applicator did something with my vgg :( Anyhow, have a ultrasound scheduled for next week. Hope is everything OK with us 💕 Hugs from Brazil!

I wonder if you were in Canada and didn’t have to pay for doctor visits or emergency care, if you would have gone right away. Medical system in the US is so upsetting :(
Taelore Toma I have WONDERFUL insurance and had the ability to go into the ER at any time. I followed the instructions of my hospital to a T in this situation and it worked out wonderfully. An ER visit wasn't necessary in this case because my symptoms didn't fit the parameters. This had nothing to do with money or our healthcare system.
The same thing is happening to me im 13 weeks and they are telling me miscarriage but ive only had brown discharge....im so confused. What were your HCG levels? Im not even spotting anymore and no red blood just discharge!!!! Im so worried
As u know I've miscarried my3rd time at5w4d August 31st. And as with my other two where I had extreme bleeding and extreme pain. This time I didn't have much cramping and the first day or two maybe first three days I wasn't bleeding much definitely wasn't filling a pad an hour. I know I was pregnant bc I had two positives and after I stopped bleeding I checked and I had a negative and Ofc my doctor confirmed I had miscarried. But my point is I didnt have the symptoms of miscarriage this last time so for future reference please go get checked out asap I'm not saying that to scare u I just want u to be safe.
I am so sorry for your loss, dear. Because I was before 13 weeks pregnant they would have still preferred I miscarried naturally at home. This is one of the reasons why they have this protocol in place.
yes as I did love I don't say this for sympathy I've come to terms with my loss ik my children r with me even if not how I'd prefer them to be.. but yea I'm glad everything worked out for the best😘

When I was pregnant with my son I had a threatened miscarriage at 16 weeks. This was 2 years ago

I bleed after having sex too- I'm also 12 weeks! Think it's quite common but very scary

Man, when I found out I was pregnant I watched until week 10 and then thought I'd watch more later. I wish I had come back to you sooner as pretty much the exact thing happened to me this week. I was bleeding so much I couldn't imagine that the baby could survive. I don't have a doppler and had to wait two days for the scan and the baby was so active and present. They couldn't confirm exactly but suspected it was a burst vessel or a dislodged clot. I wish I had seen this in the wee small hours when fear and grief overwhelmed me.
I really don’t understand the emergency room rules ... here in Czech Republic I went to emergency room with just light bleeding and they specifically told me to come back with any problem day or night

Craving healthy foods! Sweets make me nauseous.. I’ve lost 7 lbs since I found out I was pregnant but doctor isn’t worried. I go back in a month for lots of blood work/tests. 8 more weeks til we find out the gender. 🤞

Omg, I also had a scare. The day a completed 12 weeks, I was using this medicine that I have to put in with an applicator(?) and when I took of was full of bright red blood. I went to the emergency cause I was freaking out. The doctor examined and said my cervix was "closed" (no idea what that means), and everything was OK. It stop bleeding that same night, I think the applicator did something with my vgg :( Anyhow, have a ultrasound scheduled for next week. Hope is everything OK with us 💕 Hugs from Brazil!

Nothing was mentioned about that. It was the least of our concerns during those appointments.

I wonder if you were in Canada and didn’t have to pay for doctor visits or emergency care, if you would have gone right away. Medical system in the US is so upsetting :(
Taelore Toma I have WONDERFUL insurance and had the ability to go into the ER at any time. I followed the instructions of my hospital to a T in this situation and it worked out wonderfully. An ER visit wasn't necessary in this case because my symptoms didn't fit the parameters. This had nothing to do with money or our healthcare system.

The same thing is happening to me im 13 weeks and they are telling me miscarriage but ive only had brown discharge....im so confused. What were your HCG levels? Im not even spotting anymore and no red blood just discharge!!!! Im so worried

As u know I've miscarried my3rd time at5w4d August 31st. And as with my other two where I had extreme bleeding and extreme pain. This time I didn't have much cramping and the first day or two maybe first three days I wasn't bleeding much definitely wasn't filling a pad an hour. I know I was pregnant bc I had two positives and after I stopped bleeding I checked and I had a negative and Ofc my doctor confirmed I had miscarried. But my point is I didnt have the symptoms of miscarriage this last time so for future reference please go get checked out asap I'm not saying that to scare u I just want u to be safe.
I am so sorry for your loss, dear. Because I was before 13 weeks pregnant they would have still preferred I miscarried naturally at home. This is one of the reasons why they have this protocol in place.
yes as I did love I don't say this for sympathy I've come to terms with my loss ik my children r with me even if not how I'd prefer them to be.. but yea I'm glad everything worked out for the best😘
