I am 18 weeks and 2 days today, I know your videos are older but I follow them as if we’re going through this together. I appreciate your realness mama. Hope all your babies are doing great! ❤️
I started having leg/feet cramps on my sleep this week (14 weeks pregnant). I do have history of high blood pressure, but it is been controlled by my daily medicines. It is good to know that more women have these cramps! Thank you for sharing! Love your videos!
Natalie you are a great inspiration for me 💜💜💜 you have changed my perspective of motherhood to a positive way💚💚 I misscarried last year and I'm waiting God to bless me with a baby to have a beautiful experience like yours. I really feel that I'll got pregnant soooon🙏🏻🙏🏻 weird feeling☁️️ anybody had felt this way and got pregnant? 😛
Try eating bananas or oranges for the leg cramps! I had them extremely bad during my first pregnancy and my doctor told me it was a potassium deficiency and to eat bananas or oranges. I ate oranges just about every day and it worked and the cramps disappeared!
I'm 18 weeks pregnant & most of my symptoms went away after week 16. I do get headaches & maybe feel flutters? It's my first baby, but my next app is in two weeks!! Yay. ❤️
The Healthy Hippie Mama The magnesiunsprays works wonders! The pregnancy takes a lot of the magnesiumstorrage in the body and women need more magnesium than men (because of our hormones) so during pregnancy it takes even more and then you can experience cramps.. ;-)
I have been referring to these videos each week following along with my pregnancy! I watched these when they came out but now it is much more exciting!!! I’m just now feeling my baby move around and it’s so exciting! 😊😊
Hi Natalie! I also had leg cramps when I was pregnant with my son. Eating a banana everyday followed by a glass of milk really helps! The potassium helps and the milk helps absorb it :) Hope this helps!
For the leg cramps try eating bananas, or getting some extra potassium another way :) bananas/ potassium help with musculoskeletal cramps. Worked wonders for me!
I'm currently pregnant with our 6th baby. I experienced calf cramps aka charlie horse cramps while I was pregnant with our first three children... However, after I switched my prenatal care over to a midwife she suggested taking a calcium magnesium supplement in powder form. I mix 1/2 teaspoon of cal. mag. with a couple tablespoons of apple juice in the morning, & no more charlie horse cramps in my calf muscles.
My sister warned me this past week that leg cramps in the calf would be around the corner, especially since I have started to have some lower back pain. She said to look up exercises to do to help with the leg cramps before they strike because they can get really intense. So far no leg cramps for me though. But I just wanted to tell you that so that you don't get too worried while you wait to talk to your doctor. My sister has had 7 babies, the younest of her children is 8 months old so she's got lots of experience. I'm blessed to have her! I also have been feeling lots of movements from my baby also. I think mine is a girl so I am just going to use feminine pronouns for now btw. She is just kicking away and pushing up on me which keeps giving me a very stretched and tight feeling also. I love feeling her move! I am finally beginning to enjoy this pregnancy even though I am still so sick! Feeling her move and kick is the most awesome feeling I have ever experienced! :-) I am so blessed! Blessings to you and your family! Shalom! :-)
I'm 18 weeks pregnant as well. I experience cramps in my calves if i've been sitting for an extended period of time and suddenly get up. I experience these cramps more frequently in the morning time.
IAM 18 weeks pregnant I sometimes feel the baby but not much and the kick is light not a strong one ... My nausea ended but I still feel exhausted and sleepy
Take some organic Magnesium for the cramps, check with your doc first of course, or epsom salt baths. Good luck with them, I used to get them frequently while pregnant with my son. Love from NZ
I'm 18weeks and 5 days today. I have a bump! I feel worne out and drained. My morning sickness is gone, I can't stop eating! Sertain foods still makes me curdle. I can't sleep well or get confy! When I get up for the bathroom is feel like I'm going to drop. My baby loves sleeping on my bladder all the time. Always sleeping. Moving around to x
Love pic on instagram of you, your sister and cousin showing off y'all's baby bumps! Continued prayers for safe and healthy pregnancies and deliveries for you, your sister and cousin! 😁😉
I am 18 weeks ☺️ I love watching your pregnancy updates each week when I get to a new week 😊 this week my symptoms have been leg cramps as well, which suck 😞😩 fatigue which isn't new 😂, light headedness, I do drink a lot of water, and have always had high blood pressure, even when I was pregnant with my son, and I have noticed some hair on my tummy 😂 love your videos! I find out the gender in 2 WEEKS AHHH!
I'm 19 weeks with baby #3 and my baby movements are so few and far between still!! it's crazy! with my daughter I started feeling her around 16 weeks. can't wait for kicks to get stronger
I had really bad leg cramps throughout my whole 2nd pregnancy. really uncomfortable! keeping hydrated helps. hope your feeling more comfortable soon ☺ x
I'm 18+3 weeks... I can't feel Mila yet :( it's my first baby... I think I might feel her sometimes but it may be a gas or something else lol... People say it's not far in time I'll be feeling her. I have a doctors appointment this Saturday thank God! It makes me nervous not feeling her... i only know I'm pregnany just because of the size of my belly lol... new symptoms??? I haven't, I just cry easier than before and I'm super tired at night after work.
18 weeks tomorrow and I've had terrible insomnia since the very beginning. I think it's mostly because of restless legs syndrome, which causes me to only get about 2-3 hours sleep a night if I'm lucky. Doctor wouldn't prescribe me anything for the insomnia so I'm stuck being exhausted every single day!
I got leg cramps real bad through my last pregnancy and found that it was being made worse by wearing jandals so make sure your wearing more supportive shoes. when you feel a cramp cone on flex your toes upwards so your stretching out the calf muscle. Keep going, your looking beautiful.
Hey nat! To lessen your leg cramps maybe try marjoram essential oil! It works wonders for me. I know your a big fan of using essential oils for healing and I strongly agree! Much love ❤️
Hello Natalie, maybe you need to take magnesium? Of course check back with your doctor :) But it seems like your pregnancy is running by! I'm 35 weeks pregnant and can't wait to meet my baby girl. Hope you'll get a girl, too. Love you! God bless you and your family!
I'm almost 16 weeks and zero symptoms, nada! I had horrible leg cramps with my last two thought! So maybe that means after two boys I'll get a girl? Haha like you said no news is good news, but with zero symptoms, only a 3-5lbs gain and not showing this pregnancy seems so dull right now haha
I've had leg cramps in all 4 of pregnancies, could be a vitamin deficiency.. I've never heard of the blood pressure thing! My bp has always been super low during pregnancy.
oh man, i had terrible leg cramps with my baby girl! i had a few of them with my son but not as bad as with my daughter. Just drink water and put your feet up or have hubby massage your legs, that helps!
Oh my goodness yes the leg cramps are terrible. My OB says it's because low potassium. I'm 38 weeks and still get them during the middle of the night (always my right calf ironically)
Natalie Bennett A lot of times, calf cramping or "charlie horses" are caused by a low potassium level and or, dehydration in your body. Knowing that you drink a lot of water, I doubt you're dehydrated, but instead, may just have had a low potassium level, in your body that day. When I was pregnant, I too, would have calf pain and "charlie horses" and my D.O. recommended eating a banana or two a day. She also told me, if I didn't like bananas, to find fruits or vegetables, that were high in potassium, and to have at minimum, 2 servings a day. I love bananas, so I'd eat one with my cereal or oatmeal, for breakfast, and another later in the day, as a snack, and my calf pain and " charlie horses" went away!
Im 18 weeks and recovering from chicken pox i got at 16 weeks! I have hard time sleeping at night im hoping ill be more active once i reach 20 weeks. Ive doing nth but sleeping most of the time:(
I am 18 weeks pregnant and have had a couple leg cramps over the past few days between weeks 17 and 18. I do have a history of getting strong Charley Horses in the night due to dehydration and low potassium levels but I am curious to hear what my doctor says about them during pregnancy knowing that I am getting plenty of water and potassium.
I am 17 weeks and 6 days but I never felt the baby! :( I am a ftm and Im not sure what to look for but I am so frustrated that I cant feel him and its hard to bond when you dont actually feel pregnant.
tash thompson if you are 18 weeks pregnant and it is your 1st baby, it's normal not to feel him/her kick yet. You should usually start feeling the baby kick around 20-22 week. Week 18 already. Ahhh ❤️ you look beautiful. I had leg cramps with only my first. It is crazy. Up your water or eat a banana a day. Helped for me but yes talk to your doctor 😉
I am 18 weeks and 2 days today, I know your videos are older but I follow them as if we’re going through this together. I appreciate your realness mama. Hope all your babies are doing great! ❤️
I do the same thing! I am in my 18th week right now and I always go find her videos each new week to correlate with me!
I started having leg/feet cramps on my sleep this week (14 weeks pregnant). I do have history of high blood pressure, but it is been controlled by my daily medicines. It is good to know that more women have these cramps! Thank you for sharing! Love your videos!

I'm 20 I am not having kids anytime soon partly because I'm still single lol but I love pregnancy updates and all that stuff
I had leg cramps around 14 then 16 weeks. Kind of felt like period cramps. Found out later it was bc I was dehydrated.
I'm 18weeks and 5 days today. I have a bump! I feel worne out and drained. My morning sickness is gone, I can't stop eating! Sertain foods still makes me curdle. I can't sleep well or get confy! I used to wake up with leg cramps in my second pregnancy. You are looking lovely Natalie! 😊

Hey Natalie ! Are you planning to do a Q+A anytime soon ?
Just watched your birth story with the twins and was wondering about you doing a VBAC? Is it possible? Is that what you're going for?
Great video!
Black friday in england as well
Do you eat bananas? I heard not eating enough of bananas can cause calf cramps if you aren't getting enough potassium.
No leg cramps but back pain for sure!

18 weeks & 1 day today. Anyone's tail bone at them?
Those leg cramps yes!
Have the cramps too. What's awful is at night you stretch your legs while sleeping and ouch!!!!!
Cramps in the legs are usually from your potassium being low! I'm 14 weeks and have started getting the same pain! Bananas!
aww💖 I love ur videos
I am 17 weeks and 6 days but I never felt the baby! :( I am a ftm and Im not sure what to look for but I am so frustrated that I cant feel him and its hard to bond when you dont actually feel pregnant.
