If you’re referring to using the Spy’s infiltration, then he’d first have to capture an Allied conyard, as the Spy is an Allied unit.

Nevermind, I just remembered the UFO cash steal ability. You’re right. It presents some different issues with ensuring the UFOs are safe, but it would be an effectively infinite and fast cash flow.
