If you haven’t seen the 1996 film, “Matilda”, with Danny DeVito (who directed, starred, and narrated it), that’s where you hear the book title (“MOBY WHAT?!”), but not the “Call me Ishmael” part, until the very end of the movie.
I've never really read the book myself but even I've heard enough about it to know what it is...and I don't need any lifelines either!
Somehow I knew this, I’m not a huge book reader or a little book reader… but I guess we all just absorb this kinda stuff without trying
Ridiculous!! 3 life-lines on 1 question.... 🙄🙄
I hadn't a clue
😂😂
Clarkson not knowing this is embarrassing. Most famous book in history, famous first line and includes the character.
Yep - particularly given what he says to her.
I would like to see whole shows.
Easy question - thanks to MGSV
Lol she doesn't watches much TV or Films. This reference is in almost everyone of those.
Spandau Ballet song is spelt... Lifeline... 🎶
Pity , she used 3 life lines , but she had no choice , good try ❤❤❤
How much was this worth?
Only £8k
Jeremy put on the lbs a bit looking good
OMG what
I'm first this time ❤
Yes
And the virtue being first when you have nothing sensible you contribute is what?
The word "lifeline" is occasionally spelled "life-line" on this channel, and now it's "life line". Make your mind up for god's sake.
Never ask the silly presenter Jeremy - he knows nothing himself but is still rude to others who don’t know
unless its about cars or possible geography.
There are areas about which he knows quite a bit besides cars. Unfortunately literature isn’t an area of his knowledge.
