This is Impossible. You cannot get under that pool floor unless you can magically fit in the 8mm gap where the water goes up and down

You'll never see enough snow at sea level in Silicon Valley to notice the weight. Even a dusting is about a 20-year event.

Commercial divers will go under the floor on a regular basis to check the structure and clean any debris away. That's what I do for a living.
