Video is useless without pricing. Reliability? Maintenance? Who can fix when there's an issue. How does it handle snow in the winter? Seems like it would get pretty dirty.

Commercial divers will go under the floor on a regular basis to check the structure and clean any debris away. That's what I do for a living.
