"Born Muslims" are not guaranteed Jannah, they still have to pray 5 times a day, read the Qur'an and Hadiths and all the Fard things that we are meant to be doing. Living in the West is also a curse with so many distractions such as non Muslim friends and the environment in general. The Imaan grows weak and then you start to have doubts. If one Muslims leaves the deen, Allah Subhana Wa Ta'la will replace them with 10 new Muslims. Alhamduliah.
Muslims who live in West, see themselves as belonging the country they were born in. Immigrant children are the only children who are expected to prove their belonging in a country they were born raised and lived all their life. There are so many social anomalies in their life experiences, it’s stressful. The main stress is not from Islam but from the bigotry against them, to other them. But now more and more white people are coming to Islam, InshaAllah the experience of 3rd generation immigrant children it will get easier.

The key is to pray to true God even if u r confused on which religion is the best. For me, i saw all other religions but Islam is the only one that makes sense. It might take some time for people to truly get it but i do pray everyone will get Hidayah one day

Then that will go away from him.”(Narrated by Ahmad, 25671; classed as hasan (sound) by al-Albani in al-Sahihah, 116)
I heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying, "The similitude of good company and that of bad company is that of the owner of musk and of the one blowing the bellows. The owner of musk would either offer you some free of charge, or you would buy it from him, or you smell its pleasant fragrance; and as for the one who blows the bellows (i.e., the blacksmith), he either burns your clothes or you smell a repugnant smell".

@@seanou2837 I don't know but after I tell one of my online contact about the traits of perfectionist and thinking too much. He said I do kinda of having ocd.

Some of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said to him, ‘We find in ourselves thoughts that are too terrible to speak of.’ He said, ‘Are you really having such thoughts?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘That is a clear sign of faith.’” (Narrated by Muslim, 132 from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah).
I have ocd and intrusive thoughts about Islam as well, even though I also did the research and found proof islam is the true religion. It's ao hard the ocd.
I believe that the true religion is base on the holy book they have.😊

Ngl i was also going through that phase in my life. The more i learn about new things like human evolution it pushed me from Islam. Also the fact that Allah would punish the non Muslims for eternity because they didn't obey Allah for 80 years. This kind of facts pushed me away little by little but alhamdulillah now i am kind of coming back.
