Update: i now have elder god kenshi completely maxed out again and lots of fusion x characters i have a whole roaster now!!!

Go to apps in your settings go to MKM and go to permissions. Allow permission for your download

I need your help. It's a very serious issue. U see I tried to log into my second account from my main MK mobile account. Now, the problem is that I cannot log in back to my original MK mobile account from my second account as I believe there is a glitch that is causing this login issue. Never used to happen before.

I just uninstalled it, checked the language. English was already set. Got everything back. 👍
When I try to log into my old old account it says profile found but I’m stuck on a loading screen for 30-45 min eventually I give up. Do I need to wait longer?

@@jimmyboy439 Nope. I emailed them and we went back and forth for 2 weeks and all they recommended was that I delete and redownload the app. I’m on IOS btw. They don’t know how to fix their problem

Anyone else having the Open Fail followed by currency error bug? Makes the game unplayable, and what more it's associated with the WB account it seems. When i reinstalled the game it worked just fine through the toutorial part but when i logged in the problem reemerged. Quite an annoying one
This happened twice to me it made me quit mkx once because i switched from ios to android and second because mkx was crashing and i uninstalled it and downloaded it it again (my account was linked) and it was wiped , i couldn't restore it i had a huge collection with multiple cards maxed out and some diamond cards and it was gone now i don't care its pointless to try and find solutions bc if you lose your account (linked or not) its gone forever

I haven't played in a while, maybe around late 2017 I stopped playing. I re-installed today and signed in to my WB account but I'm missing some characters, Dark Emperor Liu Kang and the Triborgs in particular (maybe Mileena but I know for sure I had those two). My only good characters now are Ronin Kenshi and Gunslinger Erron Black, so this is really frustrating

If you didn't make a WBplay account before the update, there is no fix. WB won't help you. You'll have to start over. I gave up on the game.

Actually, you change the language in your new phone setting into the same language when you play that account in your previous phone.

People OMG IM ACTUALLY LOSING IN FACTION WARS AGAIN.

My team in these fight was: kold war scorpion fusion 0, level 38. Assasin jade, fusion 0 level 31. Shao kahn fusion 0 level 32.
And then i fight people that have fusion x golds or fusion v daimonds.
Normally i would kill those with kold war scorpion special 2.
But NOOOOO. I get matched with someone with mk 11 jade lvl 21, mk 11 raiden lvl 23. Both not fused. AND A FUSION VII ASSASIN KITANA LVL 50!!! So thats one fight i lost 😢
Other one, the guy had a kold war scorpion so i coulnd set him on fire, and then he proceeded to kill my entire team.
Cmon netherrealm, i want some challange in faction wars, not just winnning only but also not THIS.

Mr J i wasnt complaining about losing, i was being happy about it, i am not a new player, i just came back to the game after years of not playing, back then i spent souls on stupid stuff and didnt save up for diamonds, also did not use the retry glitch for daimonds, and also i had 2 accounts i was playing with, also you should be able to just get your account back using this method of changing your language and region to english US. If ur not able to get your account back then you are the first person that doesnt get their account back and you are probably not doing it right.
Also this is the latest vid of the best mk mobile youtuber so it woulnd make sense to put it on a 2 year old vid
And it was 2 losses after 9 hours of consecutive playing, not losing constantly.

I lost my account around 2 and a half years ago, I didn’t have the best account but I had a comfortable account.
My main team:
Ronin Kenshi . Fusion lV
Dark Emperor Liu Kang. Fusion lV
Klassic Scorpion. Fusion lll
It was so fun with maxed out Shang Tsung’s stone (I was a real grinder and started getting scorpion as soon as he came out)
And after that I would upgrade Shang Tsung’s Stone after the new FW store update that had more gear in it.
I would also give him Wrath hammer (I think I only got it once) and because Maxed out ST stone paired with Klassic scorpions 80%+ on his special one, I could finish the opponent (that had recently been dealt with Liu Kang at the start of the match.) And if you didn’t know ST stone would take off 30% off the rest of the opponents team. Then Kenshi dealt with them. PS; I still use this team sometimes to this very day and is a great tactic! Enjoy the rest of your day!

i downloaded the game, and when i opened it, i was immediately stuck in the first loading screen, and there was a white text on the left of screen saying "verifying download" , and i waited for 30 minutes and nothing happened... it was still stuck on the first loading screen.
i had a level 50 account and am a veteran of this game, but it has been 2 years that i was unable to play the game because of this stupid issue. everytime i download it from google play, i will get the same result.

Who's here after logging out because of the new update tomorrow and now cant log back in. Wahoo!! 2 years of hard graft down the drain. Tried everything online I can find about changing languages and regions and still nothing. WB are next to useless when you ask them to fix it. 'weve sent your problem onto the appropriate department and development team for any future updates'. These are the sort of things that were around the 90's 😂 WB are a joke.
If you have endless loading screen, change region to Russia. It should fix it

I foundation one more mejor. You require 2 phones. The first phone your game is nit morning. You need install fresh game on second mobile..No upgrade for exsiting game. Login with your wb id.it will restore perfectly.now go to main phone.uninstall mkx. Do fresh install.and login with your wb id. It will te move all retire and profile problems. Worth try

I used to have a WBplay account when I played MKX mobile. I forgot the password of my account and I started a new progress which was 4 months ago. As for today, I would like to uninstall the MK mobile so I decided to sign up for a new WBplay account for backup. When I tried to sign up, it said that my email address is unavailable because I have used it for WBplay account when the game was still MKX mobile. When I clicked forgot password, the password was reset and I can log in into the WBplay account. The problem is, my file was reset and I have lost all of my progress and my beloved Kollection (the guest account kollection was far better than the kollection in my WBplay account) . I was so dissappointed. I have decided to stop playing the game :)

They have fixed this bug in this update only. My account was restored by google play games when I opened the game.
But I lost my account they banned it for nothing
good. Now we only need to find what we can do about the jade trial bug. This glitch it really feels like a fatality from netherealm to us. Can you imagine? Some people got to the 2 tower and got 8000 and so days to unlock the next. That is one scenario. The other is what happened to me for I haven't still heard it from others that is. I managed to get to the last tower with no problem, on my fight with boss mileena I got out of the trial because of low battery. I entered again later and what do you know!!!!! The bug just bugged me too with its 8000 and so on days of infection. Guys...the frustration on my face...if only I could post it online....you would cry from the understanding and laugh with your' soul cause of my ridiculous expression. Can you imagine? Getting the bug on the 2 tower is one thing but you can somehow say damn it, damn it, DAMN ITTTTT!!!!! Waiting for five days to get to the last tower however to get glitched at the boss fight? It's brutality on a whole different level of insanity!!!!!!!! WHO'S NEXT ????.................WHAT'S NEXT??????
