@@applisense They're pretty good. I say its neck to neck but I can't speak for all. either delivery problems or like with anything with delivery and tech problems.

Ok so you spent more time talking about the plug than you did about how to install it. You don't show good angles, and you blurped right to the finish. A how to video needs to show every step, all the angles and parts.
All the talk about the settings/ hi low cool etc was so useless compared to the need to know how to install it.

Out the bottom, we realizes it dripped into my mother’s bedroom windowsill and so we had to tilt it some so it wouldn’t, cause now we have a mold problem.
